The Drive FLEX-AUTO-47 battery is a 25.9 V 10 Ah lithium pack for the Drive ZooMe Auto-Flex folding travel scooter. Drive lists 25.9 V x 10 Ah lithium and a 5 lb pack weight on the Auto-Flex spec. Westin Healthcare sells the single pack in Brampton and can match the serial before we send a replacement across the Greater Toronto Area.

Who this ZooMe Auto-Flex battery is for

The FLEX-AUTO-47 pack is for the Drive ZooMe Auto-Flex, the power-folding travel scooter. It is not for the ZooMe Flex that folds by hand. Living Well Stores prints that this pack does not fit the non-auto Flex. Bring the serial stamp from the floorboard under the pack.

• Use this pack when the scooter is a ZooMe Auto-Flex and the serial is newer than (21)24S1712000001
• Choose a 29.5 V 10 Ah Auto-Flex pack when the serial is at or below that stamp (dealer pages print that split)
• Stay with the Drive ZooMe Auto-Flex 4-wheel folding scooter page if you still need the scooter itself

This is not a pair of 12 V SLA cells. It is not a Pride Go-Go or Solax Transformer lithium pack.

How this lithium pack is sold

Dealers sell FLEX-AUTO-47 as one pack. The battery case or box is not included. Drive's Auto-Flex table prints "batteries (pair)" and "battery weight (pair) 5 lb" for the 25.9 V 10 Ah lithium. The replacement SKU is still one pack at that weight. Charge it with the 2 A off-board lithium charger Drive lists on the scooter, not a lead-acid XLR brick.

SLA, AGM, gel, and lithium

FLEX-AUTO-47 is lithium, not AGM. House 12 V cells such as the MK ES12-12 will not run this scooter. The Solax Transformer spare is a different 24 V lithium, the M-LB01-13.

What battery does my scooter take?

The ZooMe Auto-Flex takes the FLEX-AUTO-47 25.9 V 10 Ah lithium pack on current serials. The ZooMe Flex (manual fold) uses a different pack. Confirm the model name on the tiller and the serial under the pack.

Do I need two batteries for a scooter?

Not for this scooter. The Auto-Flex runs one 25.9 V lithium pack. Lead-acid travel scooters still use two 12 V cells in series. Do not order a 12 V pair for the Auto-Flex.

How long do mobility scooter batteries last?

Drive does not print a year life in scooter service on the FLEX-AUTO-47 dealer pages. When range falls off after a full charge, replace the pack and use the 2 A lithium charger.

Can I replace scooter batteries myself?

The Auto-Flex pack sits in the deck. Drive dealers treat it as a drop-in pack once the serial matches. Westin can do the swap. Match the connector and do not force a 29.5 V pack into a 25.9 V scooter.

Does this fit the ZooMe Flex?

No. Dealer pages print that FLEX-AUTO-47 does not fit the ZooMe Flex. The Flex is a different folding scooter.

Is the battery case included?

No. The Drive parts diagram sells the pack as FLEX-AUTO-47 and the case as FLEX-AUTO-48. Monster Scooter Parts prints that this is the pack only. Keep the case on the scooter unless it is cracked.

Can I take a spare Auto-Flex battery on a plane?

Drive prints airline-safe lithium on the Auto-Flex sell sheet. 25.9 V times 10 Ah is 259 Wh calculated. CATSA allows one spare up to 300 Wh in the cabin when the airline is told. Confirm with the carrier. We do not print a blanket no-restrictions claim.
