Description

The Airgo eXcursion is Drive Medical's ultra-light side-fold Type 3 rollator with 8 in comfort-grip wheels and a pull-strap fold. Ontario ADP lists X18, X20, and X23 under MW3GM0065. Westin Healthcare sets it up in Brampton and the GTA.

Who this product is for

This rollator is for a person who wants a side-fold ultra-light Type 3, not the Airgo Fusion 2-in-1 transport chair.

Fit and height

X18, X20, and X23 are fixed seat heights (18, 20, 23 in). XWD is a wider ADP row (AA0000124), not MW3GM0065. Ask us which build we can order.

Wheels, brakes, and folding

8 in comfort-grip wheels sit outside the handles. Hand brakes include a parking function. The covered basket folds with the frame.

Weight and portability

Drive/Airgo brochure: X18 13.5 lb, X20 15.4 lb, X23 17.1 lb net without accessories.

Funding help for a walker or rollator in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a walker or rollator when the need is long-term and the aid is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every model qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.

Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA

Westin's own team delivers and sets up walking aids across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring the aid in, set the handle height, and show you the brakes and the fold before we leave.

We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a walker or rollator first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743. This equipment is larger than small parcel goods. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery is described on the shipping policy.

Service and warranty

When something needs work, call the shop that set it up. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department.

Frequently asked questions

Walker vs Rollator: Which Is Better?

A walker is lifted or slid. A rollator rolls and usually has a seat. The eXcursion is a 4-wheel rollator.

How Do I Choose a Rollator Height?

Pick X18, X20, or X23 from the seat height. Wrist height should fall in the handle range for that build.

Does ADP Cover Rollators?

MW3GM0065 is the Type 3 ADP listing for X18/X20/X23. Eligibility still depends on the person. Use the funding page.

Is This the Fusion?

No. Fusion is the side-fold rollator that converts to a transport chair. eXcursion is the ultra-light rollator only.

What Is XWD?

XWD is the wider eXcursion with a different ADP code. Ask us before you order it.

How Much Does It Weigh?

Net without accessories: 13.5 lb on X18, 15.4 lb on X20, 17.1 lb on X23.

Will It Fit in a Car?

The side-fold clips for lifting. We show the fold at delivery.

Can I Use It Outdoors?

8 in wheels are for pavement and similar ground.
