The EZee Fold 4G CH4076 is a wide-seat folding power wheelchair: 21 x 17 in seat and 352 lb capacity on the 2024 HPU master row. It is the lighter-rated 4G beside the 500 lb CH4075. Westin Healthcare delivers and sets it up across Brampton and the GTA.
Who is it for?
It is for a rider who needs more than an 18 inch 3G seat but does not need the 500 lb CH4075. Wider is not the heavier chair. We still need HPU's full speed, range, and weight table before we treat those numbers as facts.
How does it work?
Like the rest of the EZee Fold line it folds for a vehicle. Joystick side and exact battery amp-hours are not on the 2024 price row. Reseller copy repeats the 21 x 17 in seat and 352 lb rating. Unique CH4076 photos were not on FDM or Agecomfort on 2026-09-02; the gallery uses the CH4075 4G sell-sheet photo until HPU sends a CH4076 shot.

How do I choose among the EZee Fold chairs?
Start with capacity and seat, then wheels, then backrest.
- CH4070 5G if you are at or under 220 lb and want the lightest EZee Fold.
- CH4096 or CH4095 for a 300 lb 18 inch 6G (10 vs 12 inch rears).
- CH4080 or CH4085 for a 330 lb 3G (8 vs 12 inch).
- CH4088 if you need the reclining 3G back.
- CH4076 for 21 inch / 352 lb, CH4075 for 20 inch / 500 lb.

EZee Life limited warranty. Confirm frame years with HPU. Wear items sit outside that table. Keep the lithium pack dry, use the matched charger, and do not exceed the printed capacity. Westin Healthcare can weigh a floor sample when two documents disagree.
