Description
The Pride Victory Twin scooter is Pride Mobility's 4-wheel mid-size scooter with dual front wheels. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It is a take-apart mid-size scooter. It does not fold as one piece.
Pride's current Canada brochure rates the Twin at 350 lbs (158.7 kg), speeds up to 5.7 mph (9.2 km/h), a 42 inch (106.7 cm) turning radius, and up to 11.1 miles (17.8 km) per charge. The dual front wheels give 4-wheel stability with a turn as tight as Pride's Victory 10.2 3-wheel. The heaviest piece is the 55 lb (25 kg) front section.
Who this scooter is for
This scooter is for a person who stays at or under the 350 lb rating, fits Pride's 18 by 17 inch seat, and wants 4-wheel stability without the wider turn of a conventional 4-wheel Victory. Families usually call us when a 3-wheel feels too tippy outdoors, and a standard 4-wheel will not turn in the hallway.
If you want a 400 lb mid-size with Comfort-Trac, start with the Pride Revo 2.0 4-Wheel. If you want the current Victory 10.2 4-wheel, see the Pride Victory 10.2 4-Wheel. The Twin is not a travel scooter and it is not EZ Turn.
- Dual front wheels on a 4-wheel base, 42 inch turn
- Feather-touch disassembly with a 55 lb heaviest piece
- A 350 lb rating at 5.7 mph and up to 11.1 miles
Range, speed, and batteries
Pride's Canada brochure prints up to 11.1 miles (17.8 km) per charge. The spec sheet prints 17.85 km for the same test. Pride's footnotes say range changes with rider weight, terrain, battery charge, battery condition, tire type, and tire condition, and that the number can move 10 percent up or 5 percent down.
Top speed is up to 5.7 mph (9.2 km/h). Pride's standard pack is two U-1 batteries. A 40 Ah pair is optional. The Canada card lists 40 Ah as the battery attribute. Ask us which pack is on the scooter we ship. The charger is a 3-amp off-board unit on the tiller port. Charge time depends on pack size and how empty the batteries are. We do not print an hour figure Pride does not print.
Portability and transport
Pride calls this feather-touch disassembly. One hand splits the frame. The heaviest piece is the 55 lb (25 kg) front section. The scooter weighs 150 lbs (68 kg) without batteries. Two U-1 batteries add about 24 lbs (10.8 kg) each. Two 40 Ah batteries add about 32 lbs (14.5 kg) each.
Pride designed the split for a vehicle, not for airline cabins. The pack is sealed lead-acid. Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for the Victory Twin. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.

Colour options
Pride ships the Victory Twin in Candy Apple Red and Viper Blue. Ask us which colour we can order. Pride also lists optional high-back seats on the brochure.
Victory Twin, or Victory 10.2
The Twin is the 4-wheel Victory with two front wheels and a 42 inch turn. The Victory 10.2 4-Wheel is the conventional 4-wheel at 400 lbs with a 52.25 inch turn. The Victory 10 LX adds CTS and a high-back seat. The Revo 2.0 4-Wheel is the 400 lb take-apart with Comfort-Trac if you need more capacity than 350 lbs.
Funding help for a mobility scooter in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a mobility scooter when the need is long-term and the scooter is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every scooter qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mobility scooter across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble the pieces, and show you the tiller, the charger, and the disassembly before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a 4-wheel scooter first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased scooters are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This mobility scooter is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the scooter is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the scooter needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride Canada's Victory Twin card is lifetime limited on the frame, 2 years on electronics, 2 years on drive motors, and 13 months on batteries for the original purchaser. Wear items such as tires, shrouds, and upholstery sit outside that term. Gradual battery wear from storage, cold, or heavy use is outside the battery term. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
How Far Can A Mobility Scooter Go?
The Pride Victory Twin travels up to 11.1 miles (17.8 km) per charge on Pride's Canada brochure, tested at the maximum weight capacity. Pride's footnotes say range changes with weight, terrain, battery condition, and tire condition. Plan a shorter day than the headline figure if the person is near 350 lbs or the route is not flat.
How Long Does A Mobility Scooter Take To Charge?
The Pride Victory Twin uses Pride's 3-amp off-board charger on the tiller port. Pride does not print a single hour count. Charge time depends on whether the pack is U-1 or 40 Ah and how empty the batteries are. Use the charger Pride supplies.
Can I Take A Mobility Scooter On A Plane?
Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for the Victory Twin. The pack is sealed lead-acid U-1 or 40 Ah, not a cabin lithium box. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.
Will A Travel Scooter Fit In A Car?
The Pride Victory Twin is built to come apart for a vehicle. The heaviest single piece is 55 lbs (25 kg). It is heavier than a Go-Go travel scooter. We can walk through the split at delivery.
What Is The Turning Radius Of A 4 Wheel Scooter?
The Pride Victory Twin has a 42 inch (106.7 cm) turning radius. That is the same figure Pride prints for the Victory 10.2 3-Wheel, and tighter than the Victory 10.2 4-Wheel at 52.25 inches. The Twin does that with dual front wheels on a 4-wheel base.
What Is The Weight Capacity Of A 4 Wheel Scooter?
The Pride Victory Twin is rated at 350 lbs (158.7 kg). Stay at or under that rating. Some dealer pages print 400 lbs for this model. Pride's brochure is 350 lbs.
Can I Use A Mobility Scooter In The Rain?
Pride's mid-size scooter manual treats the Twin as an indoor and outdoor scooter on hard surfaces, not a rain bike. Water can harm the electronics. Plan a drier route. If the Pride Victory Twin gets wet, dry it and check the tiller and brakes before you ride again.
Does ADP Cover Scooters?
Some Ontario routes can help with mobility equipment, including power scooters, when the need is long-term and an assessment supports it. Eligibility depends on the person's situation. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
Is The Victory Twin A 3-Wheel Scooter?
The Pride Victory Twin is a 4-wheel scooter. It uses two front wheels side by side, so it has four contact patches and a 42 inch turn. It is not a 3-wheel Victory and it is not EZ Turn.
How Much Does The Victory Twin Weigh?
The Pride Victory Twin weighs 150 lbs (68 kg) without batteries. The heaviest piece after the feather-touch split is 55 lbs (25 kg).
