The Axiom SP Visco cushion is Ki Mobility's skin-protection and positioning foam wheelchair cushion with a viscoelastic well insert for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. The live card prints a 4.5 inch (11.4 cm) overall height, 3.3 inch (8.3 cm) leg troughs, 3.5 lbs (1.6 kg), widths and depths from 14 to 22 inches (35.6 to 55.9 cm), and a 350 lb (158.8 kg) rating.

This is a quote-only size. A seating therapist confirms width and depth before we order. SP Visco uses a thick viscoelastic insert instead of the Hydrolite bladder on SP Fluid. Viscoelastic well and dual-density foam

The Axiom SP Visco cushion has a dual-density high-IFD polyurethane foam base and a viscoelastic insert with hexagonal shapes. Viscoelastic foam changes shape slowly and returns slowly, so there is less push-back after you sit. Ki Mobility removes two small foam areas under the ischial tuberosities to help immersion. A spacer-fabric horseshoe around the well lets the insert sit closer to the pleated 4-way stretch Lycra. The optional cover is wipeable incontinence-resistant polyurethane. An inner pleated cover is water resistant.

Ki Mobility writes increased immersion so the trochanters can share load. That is a design goal, not a clinical outcome claim.
