The Axiom P cushion is high-IFD polyurethane foam with a more moderate pre-contour through the leg troughs than G or S. Ki Mobility writes extra medial and lateral stability and greater envelopment of the ischial tuberosities and coccyx. Hexagonal foam still sits in the well. Cover choice is the same Axiom pair: standard Lycra knit or wipeable incontinence-resistant polyurethane, skid-resistant bottom, front handle with utility loops.
