Description
The Axiom One cushion is Ki Mobility's value general-use foam wheelchair cushion for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. The live card prints a 2.4 inch (6.1 cm) overall height, 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) leg troughs, 1.9 lbs (0.9 kg) on an 18 by 18 inch size, and a 350 lb (158.8 kg) rating. Ki Mobility sells discrete widths of 14, 16 to 18, 20, and 22 inches and depths of 14, 16 to 18, and 20 inches.
This is a quote-only size. A seating therapist confirms width and depth before we order. Axiom One uses the same high-IFD polyurethane foam as Axiom G, with a milder contour and a wipeable incontinence-resistant cover. If a seating therapist wants a different family, Westin also quotes the JAY Fusion with Cryo, the ROHO High Profile, and the Prism Supreme II Plus.
Who this cushion is for
The Axiom One cushion fits a person who needs a light general-use foam seat on a wheelchair, not a deep skin-protection well and not a fluid insert. Ki Mobility writes it for reliable support and everyday comfort. A seating therapist should confirm One versus the Axiom G Cushion or the Axiom S Cushion if sitting time is long or skin is already a concern. It is often quoted with a Ki Mobility wheelchair such as the Ki Mobility Rogue 2.
- 2.4 inch (6.1 cm) overall, 1.5 inch (3.8 cm) troughs
- 1.9 lbs (0.9 kg) at 18 by 18 inches
- 350 lb (158.8 kg) rating
Foam, cover, and sling-seat fit
The Axiom One cushion is a mildly pre-contoured high-IFD polyurethane foam base. Ki Mobility writes limited immersion with envelopment, and a beveled bottom so the cushion sits on wheelchair upholstery. The cover is wipeable incontinence-resistant polyurethane with a 4-way stretch water-resistant contact surface, a water-resistant zipper, and a skid-resistant bottom. There is no hook-and-loop on the bottom panel.
It is a general-use foam wheelchair cushion, not Hydrolite fluid and not air cells.
Axiom One Cushion specifications
These figures are from Ki Mobility's current Axiom One card and the April 2026 Axiom order form. The specification tab holds the stored values. We do not invent a size picker.
Height overall 2.4 inches (6.1 cm). Leg troughs 1.5 inches (3.8 cm). Discrete sizes as sold: 14x14, 14x16, 16x16, 16x18, 17x16, 17x17, 17x18, 18x16, 18x18, 18x20, 20x18, 20x20, 22x18, and 22x20 inches. Product weight 1.9 lbs (0.9 kg) at 18 by 18 inches. User weight capacity 350 lbs (158.8 kg). Base: high-IFD polyurethane foam, mild pre-contour, beveled bottom. Cover: wipeable incontinence-resistant polyurethane.
The Axiom One owner's manual prints 12 months on the cushion and 6 months on the removable cover, for the first consumer purchase in North America. Punctures, tears, and burns sit outside that term.
Width and depth
A seating therapist measures hip width in sitting and names one of the discrete Axiom One sizes Ki Mobility sells. Westin orders that size after the assessment.

Funding help for a wheelchair cushion or back support in Ontario
This cushion or back support is an ADP positioning device category item. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of positioning devices such as cushions and back supports when they are prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist with an eligible mobility device, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every product qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.

Frequently asked questions
What Size Wheelchair Cushion Do I Need?
The Axiom One cushion is ordered by seat width and depth after a seating therapist measures hip width in sitting and matches the wheelchair seat. Westin quotes and orders that size after the assessment.
How Do I Choose Between Gel, Foam, And Air Cushions?
Ki Mobility Axiom foam cushions (One, G, S, P, SP Visco) are foam. Axiom SP Fluid, AS, and ASP use Hydrolite fluid, which is not gel. Axiom Air LTE and the Star cushions are air cells. A seating therapist names the class. Do not pick from a photo alone.
Does ADP Cover Wheelchair Cushions?
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program can help with a wheelchair cushion or back support after an ADP-registered therapist assessment with an eligible mobility device. Eligibility depends on the person. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
Is The Axiom One Cushion A Skin-Protection Cushion?
The Axiom One cushion is Ki Mobility's general-use foam seat. Ki Mobility does not label One as skin protection. Ask a seating therapist before you treat it as a pressure relief cushion.
What Is The Weight Limit For The Axiom One?
The Axiom One cushion is rated at 350 lbs (158.8 kg) on Ki Mobility's current card.
How Do I Clean The Axiom One Cushion?
The Axiom One cushion has a wipeable incontinence-resistant cover. Follow the owner's manual: clean the cover as printed, and do not soak the foam base.
How Long Is The Axiom One Warranty?
The Axiom One cushion carries 12 months on the cushion and 6 months on the cover in the owner's manual, for the first consumer purchase.
Can I See An Axiom Cushion In Brampton?
Westin Healthcare can show an Axiom cushion in the Brampton and Toronto stores and deliver across the GTA. Call (905) 451-7743 to check what is on the floor.
