Description
The Axiom G cushion is Ki Mobility's general-use foam wheelchair cushion with the full Axiom Difference well for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. The live G/S/P card prints a 3 inch (7.6 cm) overall height, 2.3 inch (5.7 cm) leg troughs, 2.2 lbs (1 kg), widths and depths from 14 to 22 inches (35.6 to 55.9 cm), and a 350 lb (158.8 kg) rating.
This is a quote-only size. A seating therapist confirms width and depth before we order. Ki Mobility writes G as the professional's general-use choice: pre-contour, a surface-tension-reducing hexagonal well, and a Lycra or wipeable cover. If a seating therapist wants a different family, Westin also quotes the JAY Fusion with Cryo, the ROHO High Profile, and the Prism Supreme II Plus.
Who this cushion is for
The Axiom G cushion fits a person who wants the Axiom well and cover set on a general-use foam seat, not the skin-protection label on S and not the taller positioning troughs on P. A seating therapist should confirm G versus the Axiom S Cushion if immersion under the seat bones is the brief.
- 3 inch (7.6 cm) overall, 2.3 inch (5.7 cm) troughs
- 2.2 lbs (1 kg)
- 350 lb (158.8 kg) rating
Well, foam, and cover choice
The Axiom G cushion is molded high-IFD polyurethane foam. The mild contoured well supports the trochanters and envelops the ischial tuberosities and coccyx. Hexagonal foam in the well is how Ki Mobility reduces surface tension. Covers are a pleated 4-way stretch pack with a reversed self-sealing zipper: standard Lycra knit contact, or wipeable incontinence-resistant polyurethane. The bottom is skid-resistant. A front handle carries utility loops.
It is a general-use foam wheelchair cushion, not fluid and not air.
Axiom G Cushion specifications
These figures are from Ki Mobility's current Axiom G/S/P card. The specification tab holds the stored values. We do not invent a size picker.
Height overall 3 inches (7.6 cm). Leg troughs 2.3 inches (5.7 cm). Width 14 to 22 inches (35.6 to 55.9 cm). Depth 14 to 22 inches (35.6 to 55.9 cm). Product weight 2.2 lbs (1 kg). User weight capacity 350 lbs (158.8 kg). Base: high-IFD polyurethane foam with a hexagonal well. Cover: Lycra knit or wipeable incontinence-resistant polyurethane.
The Axiom G, S, and P owner's manual prints 24 months on the cushion and 6 months on the cover, for the first consumer purchase in North America.
Width and depth
A seating therapist measures hip width in sitting and names a 14 to 22 inch width and depth. Westin orders that size after the assessment.
Which Axiom wheelchair cushion fits
The Axiom G cushion is the full-well general-use foam step. Stay here if you want the Axiom Difference without a skin-protection or positioning label. The Axiom One Cushion is the value general-use foam start. The Axiom G Cushion adds the full Axiom Difference well and cover choice. The Axiom S Cushion is the entry skin-protection foam. The Axiom P Cushion is the positioning foam at 3.5 inches. The Axiom SP Visco Cushion puts viscoelastic foam in the well. The Axiom SP Fluid Cushion swaps that well for Hydrolite fluid. The Axiom AS Cushion is the self-adjusting fluid skin-protection step. The Axiom ASP Cushion adds positioning height to that fluid system. The Axiom Air LTE Cushion is the 1 lb four-size air seat. The Star Stabil Air Cushion and Star Standard Air Cushion are the Etac Star air-cell seats.
Funding help for a wheelchair cushion or back support in Ontario
This cushion or back support is an ADP positioning device category item. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of positioning devices such as cushions and back supports when they are prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist with an eligible mobility device, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every product qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers this wheelchair cushion across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, check the size against the chair, and show you the cover zipper and the well orientation before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see an Axiom or Star cushion first. For a scheduled in-home drop-off, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased cushions are delivered on a scheduled date.
If the cushion is going outside the GTA, ask us for a shipping quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the cushion needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Ki Mobility Axiom G warranty
The Axiom G, S, and P owner's manual prints 24 months on the cushion and 6 months on the cover, for the first consumer purchase. Punctures, tears, and burns sit outside that term. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
What Size Wheelchair Cushion Do I Need?
The Axiom G cushion is ordered by seat width and depth after a seating therapist measures hip width in sitting and matches the wheelchair seat. Westin quotes and orders that size after the assessment.
How Do I Choose Between Gel, Foam, And Air Cushions?
Ki Mobility Axiom foam cushions (One, G, S, P, SP Visco) are foam. Axiom SP Fluid, AS, and ASP use Hydrolite fluid, which is not gel. Axiom Air LTE and the Star cushions are air cells. A seating therapist names the class. Do not pick from a photo alone.
Does ADP Cover Wheelchair Cushions?
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program can help with a wheelchair cushion or back support after an ADP-registered therapist assessment with an eligible mobility device. Eligibility depends on the person. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
How Is Axiom G Different From Axiom One?
The Axiom G cushion adds the hexagonal well, the Lycra or wipeable cover choice, and a 3 inch overall height. The Axiom One cushion is the shorter value general-use foam with a wipeable cover only.
What Is The Weight Limit For The Axiom G?
The Axiom G cushion is rated at 350 lbs (158.8 kg) on Ki Mobility's current card.
How Do I Clean The Axiom G Cushion?
The Axiom G cushion has a removable Lycra or wipeable cover. Follow the G/S/P owner's manual. Do not soak the foam base.
How Long Is The Axiom G Warranty?
The Axiom G cushion carries 24 months on the cushion and 6 months on the cover in the G/S/P owner's manual, for the first consumer purchase.
Can I See An Axiom Cushion In Brampton?
Westin Healthcare can show an Axiom cushion in the Brampton and Toronto stores and deliver across the GTA. Call (905) 451-7743 to check what is on the floor.
