The Golden Cloud Plus Twilight is Golden Technologies' Cloud+ with Twilight, a 5-zone power lift recliner with patented Twilight tilt, MaxiComfort positioning, and an open-arm tray and charger set. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and sets it up for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Golden prints three sizes: PR525-SMA Small, PR525-MED Medium, and PR525-LAR Large.
Golden's Canada sheet rates every size 400 lb (181 kg). Twilight tilt lets you raise the feet above the heart. The right arm holds the AutoDrive dock, a wireless phone charger, and a power port for the included LED reading light and butler tray. The left arm holds a drink holder, a USB port, and extra storage.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for someone who wants the Cloud+ memory-foam bucket and seam back, a true Small / Medium / Large ladder, and the split-arm tray, light, and charger built in. Families usually call us when they like the Cloud seat but want more everyday storage than the biscuit-back Supreme, or when a Medium-only sleeper is the wrong width.
It is not the biscuit-back Cloud Supreme. That is the Golden PR519. It is not the earlier PR515 Cloud with Twilight. It is not a 3-position chair. That is the Pride Essential LC-106.

MaxiComfort and Twilight positioning
Golden prints two patents on this chair. MaxiComfort is infinite recline with a four-way motion seat. Twilight is the fifth comfort zone: the seat tilts so the feet can sit above the heart and Golden can call the result a feeling of weightlessness. Golden also prints a ZG+ position on the Canada sheet.
The five zones on the AutoDrive hand control move on their own. Programmable buttons store the positions you want back later. This is how Golden describes a zero gravity lift chair. It is not a 3-position chair whose back and footrest travel together.
Size and wall space
Golden prints three sizes: Small (PR525-SMA), Medium (PR525-MED), and Large (PR525-LAR). Golden does not reprint a height range in feet on that sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom against the seat numbers below.
PR525-SMA: seat 23 inches (58 cm) wide and 19 inches (48 cm) deep, floor to seat 20 inches (51 cm), back 28 inches (71 cm), arm 8.5 inches (22 cm), overall 37.5 inches (95 cm) wide and 43 inches (109 cm) tall, 20.5 inches (52 cm) from the wall. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front to the open footrest.
PR525-MED: same 23 inch (58 cm) seat width, seat 21 inches (53 cm) deep, floor to seat 21 inches (53 cm), back 30 inches (76 cm), arm 7 inches (18 cm), overall 37.5 inches (95 cm) wide and 46 inches (117 cm) tall, 22 inches (56 cm) from the wall. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front.
PR525-LAR: seat 25 inches (64 cm) wide and 22 inches (56 cm) deep, floor to seat 22 inches (56 cm), back 32 inches (81 cm), arm 8 inches (20 cm), overall 39 inches (99 cm) wide and 48 inches (122 cm) tall, 25 inches (64 cm) from the wall. Plan 44 inches (112 cm) in front.

Colour and fabric options
Ask us for the fabric you want. Golden Canada's Cloud+ page shows Sinda Dusk, Lagoon, Redwood, Sparrow, and Umber, plus Tucker Calypso, Camel, Hazelnut, Shiraz, and Sterling. Golden prints no upcharge for Sinda on PR525. Other crossover fabrics, including Brisa, carry an upcharge. Gallery chairs include Brisa Coffee Bean.

A 3-position lift chair moves the back and footrest together. Our 3-position chairs are the Pride Essential LC-106 and the Pride Heritage LC-358.
Twilight on Golden adds the fifth seat-tilt zone. The biscuit-back Cloud Supreme is the PR519. The Ashton memory-foam Cloud is the Cloud Luxury PR527. The earlier Cloud we still sell is the PR515. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Lift chairs are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Service and warranty
When something on the chair needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a distant parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Golden manufacturer warranty
Golden warrants the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism to the original purchaser for life against breakage from defective materials or workmanship. Labour on those parts is subsidized for three years. Electrical parts (hand control, motor, transformer, control box, heating pad, massage unit) are covered for three years, then prorated in years four through seven. Electrical labour is subsidized for one year. The warranty is residential only. It does not cover misuse, non-residential use, or exceeding the 400 lb (181 kg) capacity. What Size Lift Chair Do I Need?
The Golden Cloud Plus Twilight is sold in three sizes. Small (PR525-SMA) is the 19 inch (48 cm) seat-depth, 20 inch (51 cm) seat-to-floor frame. Medium (PR525-MED) is the 21 inch (53 cm) seat-depth, 21 inch (53 cm) seat-to-floor frame. Large (PR525-LAR) is the 25 inch (64 cm) seat, 22 inch (56 cm) depth, 22 inch (56 cm) seat-to-floor frame. Golden does not print a height range in feet on the current sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom.
How Far From the Wall Does a Lift Chair Need to Be?
The Golden Cloud Plus Twilight needs 20.5 inches (52 cm) from the wall in Small, 22 inches (56 cm) in Medium, and 25 inches (64 cm) in Large when it is fully reclined. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front on Small and Medium and 44 inches (112 cm) on Large. This is not a wall-hugger.
What Is the Difference Between a 3-Position and an Infinite Position Lift Chair?
The Golden Cloud Plus Twilight is not a 3-position chair. A 3-position chair such as the Pride LC-106 moves the back and footrest together. An infinite-position chair moves them on their own. Twilight on the Cloud Plus adds a fifth zone so the seat can tilt and the feet can sit above the heart.
Does the Cloud Plus Include Nirvana Massage?
The Golden Cloud Plus Twilight lists Nirvana Swedish Air Massage with Far Infrared heat as a Golden option on the Canada sell sheet. The Canada product page says that package comes standard. We confirm the invoiced build before we order. Deluxe heat and vibrating massage and HeatWave are also listed as options.
