The Golden Cloud Plus lift chair is Golden Technologies' 4-zone Cloud+, model PR-511, with the Cloud bucket seat, open split arms, PowerPillow, and power lumbar. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and sets it up for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Three sizes cover the chair: PR511-SMA Small, PR511-MED Medium, and PR511-LAR Large.
Golden's Canada sheet rates all three sizes 375 lb (170 kg). Four comfort zones move the footrest, backrest, headrest, and lumbar on their own. This is not Twilight Cloud+ PR525 and it is not the 2-zone Cloud PR-510.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for someone who wants the Cloud bucket with a powered headrest and lumbar, plus the split-arm storage, wireless charger, and tray, without Twilight tilt. Families usually call us when the PR-510 Cloud leaves the neck to a pillow, or when they want the open-arm Cloud+ look.
It is not the 2-zone Cloud. That is the Golden Cloud PR-510. It is not Twilight. That is the Golden PR515 on our floor, or Golden's Cloud+ with Twilight PR525 which we do not list on this page. If you want HeatWave as standard on a 4-zone DeLuna, see the Golden Rhea.

4-zone MaxiComfort and open arms
Cloud+ keeps MaxiComfort infinite recline and adds PowerPillow and power lumbar. Dual motors move the backrest and seat on their own. The right arm holds the hand-control dock, a wireless phone charger, and the Power Port for the LED reading light or the removable tray that come standard. The left arm holds a drink holder, USB, and more storage. The split arm lets you use the cup holder or tray without losing the armrest.
Nirvana Swedish Air Massage with HeatWave is a Golden option on this chair. It is not standard. Twilight tilt is not on PR511.
Size and wall space
Golden's Canada sizing chart prints Small as 5' to 5'3" (152 to 160 cm), Medium as 5'4" to 5'10" (163 to 178 cm), and Large as 5'11" to 6'2" (180 to 188 cm). We confirm the fit in the showroom against the seat numbers.
PR511-SMA: seat 23 by 19 inches (58 by 48 cm), floor 20 inches (51 cm), back 28 inches (71 cm), arm 7 inches (18 cm), overall 37.5 by 44 inches (95 by 112 cm), wall 21 inches (53 cm), extension 43 inches (109 cm).
PR511-MED: seat 23 by 21 inches (58 by 53 cm), floor 21 inches (53 cm), back 30 inches (76 cm), arm 7 inches (18 cm), overall 37.5 by 46 inches (95 by 117 cm), wall 22 inches (56 cm), extension 43 inches (109 cm).

Ask us for Small, Medium, or Large and for the fabric you want. Golden's Canada Cloud+ card shows Sinda Dusk, Lagoon, Redwood, Sparrow, and Umber, plus Tucker Calypso, Camel, Hazelnut, Shiraz, and Sterling. The Canada sheet prints no upcharge on Sinda crossover fabrics on PR511 only. Other crossover fabrics still carry a Golden upcharge. Nirvana with HeatWave is an option, not a colour.
3-position, MaxiComfort, or 4-zone
Golden's Canada lineup is a comfort-zone ladder, not a Pride VivaLift clone. A 1-zone chair is a 3-position lift chair: the back and footrest travel together on a two-button hand control. Our 1-zone Goldens are the Comforter PR-531, the Comforter Wide, the Elara, the Aurora, and the Austin.
A 2-zone chair adds MaxiComfort so the back and footrest travel on their own. That is the Cloud PR-510, the MaxiComforter PR-535, and the Relaxer.
A 4-zone chair keeps MaxiComfort and adds a powered headrest and powered lumbar: the Cloud Plus, the EZ Sleeper Slim, the Dione, and the Rhea. Twilight is a fifth zone on chairs we already sell, starting with the Golden PR515 Cloud with Twilight. None of the chairs on this Golden Classic set is a Twilight chair.
Funding help for a lift chair in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased lift chairs are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
Lift chairs are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. When something on the chair needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a distant parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Golden manufacturer warranty
Golden warrants the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism to the original purchaser for life against breakage from defective materials or workmanship. Labour on those parts is subsidized for three years. Electrical parts (hand control, motor, transformer, control box, heating pad, massage unit) are covered for three years, then prorated in years four through seven. Electrical labour is subsidized for one year. The warranty is residential only. It does not cover misuse, non-residential use, or exceeding the printed weight capacity. The Golden Cloud Plus lift chair is sold in Small, Medium, and Large. Small (PR511-SMA) has a 23 by 19 inch (58 by 48 cm) seat and 21 inches (53 cm) from the wall. Medium (PR511-MED) has a 23 by 21 inch (58 by 53 cm) seat and 22 inches (56 cm) from the wall. Large (PR511-LAR) has a 25 by 22 inch (64 by 56 cm) seat and 25 inches (64 cm) from the wall. All three are rated 375 lb (170 kg). We confirm the fit in the showroom.
How Far From the Wall Does a Lift Chair Need to Be?
The Golden Cloud Plus lift chair needs 21 inches (53 cm) from the wall in Small, 22 inches (56 cm) in Medium, and 25 inches (64 cm) in Large when it is fully reclined. This is not a wall-hugger.
What Is the Difference Between a 3 Position and an Infinite Position Lift Chair?
A 3-position lift chair moves the back and footrest together through sit, TV, and recline. An infinite-position Golden MaxiComfort chair moves them on their own, so the person can sit up with the legs out or lie flatter. Golden's 4-zone chairs add a powered headrest and lumbar on top of that MaxiComfort motion. Twilight, sold on other Golden pages, adds a fifth tilt zone.

The Golden Cloud Plus lift chair offers Nirvana Swedish Air Massage with HeatWave as a Golden option. Golden prints ten air chambers and Far Infrared HeatWave. It is not standard on PR511. It is not a Twilight feature.
