The Golden Titan lift chair is Golden Technologies' Titan with Twilight, a 5-zone power lift recliner with an overstuffed seamed back, a plush chaise, and patented Twilight tilt in one Medium size. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and sets it up for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Golden Canada prints the model as PL449. Golden's US sheet prints PR449-MED.
Golden's official sheet rates that Medium 400 lb (181 kg). Twilight tilt lets you raise the feet above the heart. A wireless phone charger, a cup holder, an accessory mount with a removable table, and a USB port sit in the open-arm design. Heat, vibrating massage, HeatWave, and Nirvana are not offered on this Titan.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for someone who wants Twilight tilt in a Medium DeLuna chair, Sutton Maple or Graphite fabric, and no heat package to learn. Families usually call us when a lift chair for elderly daily sit-and-rise is the job, and they like the open-arm table more than a Cloud bucket.
It is not the Rhea. That is the Rhea PR447, which includes Nirvana. It is not the Venice. That is the Venice PL447. It is not a 3-position chair. That is the Pride Essential LC-106.

MaxiComfort and Twilight positioning
Golden prints two patents on this chair. MaxiComfort is infinite recline. Twilight is the fifth comfort zone: the seat tilts so the feet can sit above the heart and Golden can call the result a feeling of weightlessness. Golden also prints a ZG+ position on the US Titan card.
The five zones on the AutoDrive hand control move on their own. Programmable buttons store the positions you want back later. This is how Golden describes a zero gravity lift chair. It is not a 3-position chair whose back and footrest travel together.
Size and wall space
Golden prints one Twilight Titan size: Medium. Golden does not reprint a height range in feet on that sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom against the seat numbers below.
PL449 / PR449-MED: seat 20.5 inches (52 cm) wide and 21 inches (53 cm) deep, floor to seat 20.5 inches (52 cm), back 31 inches (79 cm), arm 6.5 inches (17 cm), overall 38.5 inches (98 cm) wide and 46 inches (117 cm) tall, 26 inches (66 cm) from the wall when reclined. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front from the back of the seat to the end of the open footrest. This Medium needs more wall than the Cloud Supreme.

Colour and fabric options
Ask us for the fabric you want. Golden Canada's Titan page shows Sutton Maple and Graphite. Golden Canada's fabric list says Sutton is only available on Austin, the non-Twilight Rhea, and this Titan. Crossover fabrics are unavailable, so Brisa is not an order path. Golden US also prints Acorn. We confirm the Canada invoice colour.
Golden Twilight chairs compared
A 3-position lift chair moves the back and footrest together. Our 3-position chairs are the Pride Essential LC-106 and the Pride Heritage LC-358.
Twilight on Golden adds the fifth seat-tilt zone. Open-arm siblings with Nirvana standard are the Rhea PR447 and the Venice PL447. Cloud buckets are the PR519, the Cloud Plus, the Cloud Luxury, and the earlier PR515. A narrower sleeper is the EZ Sleeper Slim.
Funding help for a lift chair in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Lift chairs are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Golden manufacturer warranty
Golden warrants the chair frame, lift frame, and recline mechanism to the original purchaser for life against breakage from defective materials or workmanship. Labour on those parts is subsidized for three years. Electrical parts (hand control, motor, transformer, control box, heating pad, massage unit) are covered for three years, then prorated in years four through seven. Electrical labour is subsidized for one year. The warranty is residential only. It does not cover misuse, non-residential use, or exceeding the 400 lb (181 kg) capacity. What Size Lift Chair Do I Need?
The Golden Titan lift chair is sold as Medium. The seat is 20.5 inches (52 cm) wide and 21 inches (53 cm) deep, with a 20.5 inch (52 cm) seat-to-floor height. Golden does not print a Small or Large Twilight Titan on the current sheet. We confirm the fit in the showroom.
How Far From the Wall Does a Lift Chair Need to Be?
The Golden Titan lift chair needs 26 inches (66 cm) from the wall when it is fully reclined. Plan 43 inches (109 cm) in front from the back of the seat to the end of the open footrest. This is not a wall-hugger.
Does the Titan Have Heat and Massage?
The Golden Titan lift chair does not offer deluxe heat and vibrating massage, HeatWave, or Nirvana on Golden's official sheet. If you want Nirvana included, look at the Rhea or the Venice.
What Fabrics Can I Choose?
