Description
The Magic Mobility Frontier V6 is a mid-wheel all-terrain power wheelchair from Sunrise Medical. Westin Healthcare configures it after an assessment and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area.
Sunrise Canada's page positions the V6 as an outdoor mid-wheel that still works indoors. The Canada spec table rates it at 400 lbs (350 lbs with power tilt and/or elevate), 10 km/h (6.2 mph), a 27.9 inch width, a 41.3 inch length without the footrest, and a 22.8 inch turning radius. Sunrise does not print a range on that Canada table, so we do not invent one. An ADP-registered therapist assessment still comes first if you are asking Ontario to help. Not every power wheelchair qualifies.
Who this chair is for
This chair is for a person who wants mid-wheel indoor turning and all-terrain tyres on the same base, and who is within Sunrise's 400 lb rating (350 lbs if tilt or elevate is on the order). Families usually call us when a Quickie mid-wheel is right in the house and too shy on a farm lane, and when a 55 inch XT4 turn will not fit the kitchen.
If you need servo-steer 4x4, start with the Magic Mobility XT4. If you want a smaller mid-wheel with urban or knobby tyres, see the Magic 360. If you need four-motor 4x4 without servo steering, see the Extreme X8.
- Mid-wheel all-terrain, 22.8 inch turning radius
- Low-pressure tyres, splash resistant (not waterproof)
- Optional 8 degree forward seat tilt for a frontal transfer
Design and indoor-outdoor drive
Sunrise builds the Frontier V6 as a mid-wheel with low-pressure tyres for a smoother ride and curb work. The Canada page calls it splash resistant and not waterproof. A lighting kit on rubber mounts is a manufacturer option. Rehab and comfort folding backrests are both listed. An 8 degree forward seat tilt is the transfer option Sunrise describes for getting in and out without a helper.
Rehab seat 12 to 24 inches wide and 12 to 22 inches deep. Comfort seat 15.9 to 24 inches wide and 15.9 to 22 inches deep. Seat-to-floor 17.1 inches. JAY cushions and Whitmyer headrests are manufacturer options. This is Magic seating, not SEDEO. Crash tested to ISO 7176-19. The chair does not fold.
Canada colours are Black, Red, Mossy Green, and Royal Blue.
Magic Mobility Frontier V6 specifications

The Canada page footer says warranty coverage may vary by province and funding. Ask us which insert ships with a Canadian Magic chair.
How this chair is configured
Every Frontier V6 is written on the Magic Mobility order form with the therapist or the clinic. Seat size, comfort or rehab back, tilt or elevate, lights, and colour are set there. Call (905) 451-7743 and we will start that form with you.
Frontier V6 or Magic 360
The Frontier V6 is the larger mid-wheel all-terrain (27.9 inches wide, 370 lbs starting, 400 lb rating). The Magic 360 is the compact mid-wheel (24 or 26 inches depending on tyres, 350 lb rating, 21 mile range on the Canada table). Choose the V6 when curb climb and outdoor mass matter more. Choose the 360 when doorways and a printed range matter more.
Funding help for a power wheelchair in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a power wheelchair when the need is long-term and the chair is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every chair qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
After the chair is built to the order, Westin's own team delivers and sets it up across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble it, and show you the joystick, charger, and any seating functions before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see an all-terrain mid-wheel first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased chairs are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This power wheelchair is oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.
