Description
The Pride Muskoka LC-475 is Pride Mobility's Canada-market enhanced 3-position lift chair with power headrest, power lumbar, and USB-A and USB-C charging. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Pride prints three sizes: Small LC-475S, Medium LC-475M, and Large LC-475L.
Pride Canada's Muskoka table rates every size at 400 lbs (181 kg). The back and footrest travel together through lift, sit, and recline. Power headrest and power lumbar are extra adjustments on that 3-position chassis. Head and arm covers are included. An integrated battery backup keeps the lift usable if household power fails.
Who this lift chair is for
This lift chair is for a person who stays at or under the 400 lb rating, fits Pride's Small, Medium, or Large Muskoka build, and wants a 3-position lift and recline with powered head and lumbar support. Families usually call us when standing from a low sofa is the hard part, and they still want a waterfall back that looks like living-room furniture.
If you want independent back and footrest motors, start with a VivaLift such as the Pride VivaLift Metro 2. If you want the current Pride 3-position size ladder through XXL, see the Pride Evolution LC-435.
- Enhanced 3-position lift, sit, and recline with a toggle hand control
- Power headrest, power lumbar, USB-A and USB-C
- Arula Dolphin, Dove, or Mink
3-position recline and lift
A 3-position Pride lift chair moves the back and footrest together. You can stop anywhere in that travel. You cannot raise the feet while the back stays upright. That independent travel is infinite-position, and it is a VivaLift or the Pride Essential LC-107, not the Muskoka.
Pride calls the Muskoka enhanced 3-position because the chair adds powered headrest and lumbar on the same chassis. The toggle remote docks magnetically on either side. The chaise is fully padded. Footrest extension is standard. The waterfall back is adjustable. The lithium pack is not printed on Pride Canada's Muskoka card, so we do not claim one. The integrated backup is there so the lift can still run if the room loses power. The chair is not a substitute for a caregiver when the person cannot use a hand control.

Muskoka, Genesis, or a VivaLift
The Muskoka is Pride's current Canada 3-position chair with power headrest and lumbar. The Genesis LC-150 is the simpler 3-position Sitting Pretty chair in Small and Medium at 325 lbs. The Evolution LC-435 adds Petite Wide plus Extra Large and Extra Extra Large. A VivaLift such as the Elegance 2 or Tranquil 2 moves the back and footrest on their own.
Funding help for a lift chair in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund lift chairs, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs, and a lift chair's lift mechanism may qualify as a medical expense on a Canadian tax return when prescribed. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through before you buy.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this lift chair across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, place it, and show you the hand control before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a lift chair first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased lift chairs are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
A lift chair is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the chair is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the chair needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride Canada's Muskoka table prints a 7-year pro-rated limited warranty for the original purchaser. Pride's lift-chair insert also keeps a lifetime term on the lift and scissor mechanism and the lift frame. Fabric sits outside that term. Exceeding the 400 lb rating voids the Pride warranty. We handle the claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
