Leckey Early Activity System

The Leckey Early Activity System is Leckey's modular floor-based pediatric seating and positioning mat for early intervention. Westin Healthcare quotes it after a clinical assessment, then delivers it for families in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area.

The Canada card does not print a spec table. Sunrise Medical US prints a maximum age of 36 months, a maximum stature of 39.4 in (100 cm), and a user weight of 33 lb (15 kg). Who this system is for

This system is for an infant or toddler whose therapy team wants supported play on the floor before a first therapy chair. Families usually call us when the therapist has named the Early Activity System, or when they need a portable kit that packs into a duffel.

How the Early Activity System works

The kit is a floor mat plus soft rolls, a trunk wedge, a sitting support, straps, and optional headrests and extra side support. The therapist chooses which pieces come out of the bag for each position. This is not a wheelchair seat and it is not a high chair.

The US card prints the floor mat at 26.3 x 37.4 in, sitting support 7.4 in high by 7.9-9.8 in wide by 11.8 in deep, and a trunk wedge at 7.5 degrees. Covers wash and tumble dry. The duffel is part of the design so the kit can move between home and clinic.
