This is the positioning-foam step above the Basic. The foam is coated so it wipes clean. It is not a JAY Flow fluid cushion.

Who this cushion is for

The JAY Soft Combi P cushion fits a person who needs more thigh and pelvic contour than a flat foam pad, and whose therapist still calls the skin risk low. Sunrise writes it for mild to moderate postural support. A seating therapist should confirm the contour before you move up to Ion or Union.

Coated foam and cover

The JAY Soft Combi P cushion uses high-resiliency foam with a blue coating that Sunrise prints as a wipe-clean moisture barrier. The contour is there to encourage pelvic and thigh position. The outer cover is moisture-resistant with a no-slip bottom.

It is still a foam wheelchair cushion. If a therapist wants fluid under the seat bones, use the JAY Union Cushion or a JAY J2.
