The listed parent SKU NA1067 is Joerns Extra Small (brown), not Medium. Sizes run Extra Small through Extra Large in padded or mesh. Confirm the size, the fabric, and the lift with a clinician or our staff before the first use.

Who this sling is for

Joerns describes the Full Back as an easy-fit contoured sling for about 85-90% of clients. It is a general-purpose loop sling with head support. It is not a sit-to-stand sling. It is not a Securi3 clip sling.

Joerns colour bands on the Hoyer sling chart are the sizing source. Recommended weight range is a guideline. Other factors affect sizing. Confirm with a clinician or our staff before the first use.

Every size on this family shares the 500 lb sling SWL. The lift still wins if it is lower. A Hoyer Advance is 341 lb.

Attachment and compatible lifts

This is a loop sling for a six-point Hoyer spreader bar. Joerns: Hoyer slings and lifters are not interchangeable with other makers' products.

Care and laundering

Joerns: machine wash warm, do not exceed 185 F / 85 C. Do not wash with bleach. Cool tumble dry, air dry, or dry at very low temperature. Do not dry clean. Inspect before every use. Destroy and discard worn slings. Do not alter slings.

Westin's own team can deliver this sling across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. If you buy it with a Hoyer Advance, we bring both in, fit the loops on the six-point bar, and show you the attachment before we leave.

Joerns Hoyer manufacturer warranty

Joerns' 2025 Hoyer sling warranty covers Pro slings for 12 months from purchase by the original owner. Disposable slings are a different 14-day term and do not apply here. We handle the claim with you.

No. Joerns NA1067 is Extra Small (brown). Medium padded is NA1069. Tell us the size you need and we will pull the matching SKU.

Does it fit a Drive Levantar?

No. Drive lifts take Drive slings. This is a Hoyer sling for Hoyer loop bars.

Padded or mesh?

Joerns sells both. Padded is NA1067-NA1071. Mesh is NA1080-NA1084. Same loop family, same 500 lb SWL. Confirm fabric with our staff.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash up to 185 F, no bleach, cool tumble dry or air dry. Inspect before every use.
