Description
The Hoyer Professional Deluxe Sit to Stand sling is Joerns' Deluxe Standing sling (also sold as Deluxe Stand-Aid). Westin Healthcare sells it in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It is a loop standing sling, not a full-body sling. Joerns prints a 440 lb / 200 kg sling SWL. On the Hoyer Journey we sell, the lift limit is 341 lb, and that lower number wins.
Official loop SKUs are NA13499N Small, NA13500N Medium, and NA13498N Large. Confirm the size and the lift before the first use.
Who this sling is for
Joerns: the Deluxe Standing sling is suitable for standing and supporting. It is not a general-purpose sling. Clients should be assessed for suitability. It will not suit a lift from a horizontal position. The person needs a greater degree of weight-bearing ability than a full-body sling user.
- Standing and toileting on a Hoyer Journey (loop standing sling)
- Users whose clinician named a Hoyer Standing or Deluxe Stand-Aid sling
- Not for people who cannot stand with that level of support
If the person cannot bear that weight, see a full-body loop sling such as the Hoyer Full Back and a floor lift. For a seated transfer on the same Journey, see the Hoyer Deluxe Transport. Do not put this sling on a Drive STSM450. That lift takes Drive slings only.
Sizing and fit
Joerns colour-codes the binding: Small red, Medium yellow, Large green. On the official Active slings chart the recommended bands are a guide only. Small 75-150 lb. Medium 125-200 lb. Large 175-440 lb. A risk assessment decides the size. Confirm with a clinician or our staff before the first use.
Attachment and compatible lifts
This is a loop standing sling. Joerns' Journey / Ascend / Elevate chart marks this family as loop. Clip stand-aid slings on that chart are Elevate only. Active lifts only.

Attach the loops to the white hooks at the end of the stand-aid hand grips, as Joerns draws it.

How to buy, delivery and setup
The price is the sling you pick. HST is extra. Westin Healthcare ships this sling across Brampton and the GTA, or you can pick it up at our Brampton showroom at Unit 7, 15 Fisherman Drive. If you buy it with a lift we already sold you, we bring the sling in, fit the loops or clips, and show you the attachment before we leave.
You are welcome to visit our Brampton showroom if you would rather see a sling first. For a scheduled visit, call (905) 451-7743. Same-day delivery is offered through our patient lift rental service when a lift and sling go out together. Purchased slings ship on a scheduled date.
This sling is a smaller good. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer can apply when the sling ships on its own. If it travels with an oversized lift, ask us for a freight quote. Funding help in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund slings. ADP funds, on purchase only, at 75% of the approved price: manual and power wheelchairs, approved scooters, seating, and wheeled walkers for adults. OHIP does not reimburse this purchase. Care and warranty
Joerns: machine wash warm, do not exceed 185 F / 85 C. Do not wash with bleach. Cool tumble dry, air dry, or dry at very low temperature. Do not dry clean. Inspect before every use. Destroy and discard worn slings.
Joerns' 2025 Hoyer sling warranty covers Pro slings for 12 months from purchase by the original owner. We handle the claim with you. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department.
