Construction and how it works
This is an 8-inch air replacement. Twenty Nylon/TPU cells sit on a nylon/PU base. Ventilated low air loss moves a little air to help with moisture. Cell-on-cell keeps a static lower chamber so the person is still held if the power fails. Alternating pressure runs 10, 15, 20, or 25 minute cycles.
The digital pump hangs on the footboard. Five modes on the current listing are Max Firm, Alternate, Static, Seat Inflate Static, and Seat Inflate Alternate. Visual and audible alarms cover low pressure, power failure, and tech support. A CPR valve dumps the air. A quick connector lets the surface travel as a static mattress.
