Description
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 is Pride Mobility's 4-wheel travel scooter with a 37 inch EZ Turn. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It is a take-apart travel scooter. It does not fold as one piece.
Pride's current brochure rates the SC442E at 300 lbs (136 kg), speeds up to 4.23 mph (6.8 km/h), a 37 inch (94.0 cm) turning radius, and up to 13.8 miles (22.2 km) on the 18 Ah pack at 220 lbs. Feather-touch disassembly splits the scooter into five pieces. The heaviest piece is the 35 lb (15.9 kg) front section. This is the Elite Traveller 2, not the original Elite Traveller.
Who this scooter is for
This scooter is for a person who stays at or under the 300 lb rating, fits Pride's 17 by 17 inch mesh-back seat, and wants 4-wheel stability with a turn as tight as many 3-wheel travel scooters. Families usually call us when indoor corners ruled out older 4-wheel tables, and they still need pieces that lift into a car trunk.
If you want 325 lbs and EZ Turn on a larger Sport, start with the Pride Go-Go Sport 4-Wheel. If you want Comfort-Trac springs, see the Pride Go-Go LX. If you want a one-piece lithium folder, see the Pride Go-Go Carbon.
- Daily indoor and paved outdoor use with a 37 inch 4-wheel turn
- A travel scooter that comes apart for the car, with a 35 lb heaviest piece
- 12 Ah or 18 Ah sealed batteries, with range printed at 220 lb and 300 lb
Range, speed, and batteries
Pride prints two packs for the Elite Traveller 2. On 12 Ah batteries the Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 travels up to 8.8 miles (14.2 km) at 220 lbs (100 kg) and up to 6.6 miles (10.6 km) at 300 lbs. On 18 Ah batteries it travels up to 13.8 miles (22.2 km) at 220 lbs and up to 10.4 miles (16.7 km) at 300 lbs. Ask us which pack is on the scooter we ship. Pride's footnotes say range changes with rider weight, terrain, battery charge, battery condition, and tire condition, and that the number can move 10 percent either way.
Top speed is up to 4.23 mph (6.8 km/h). The charger is a 2-amp off-board unit on an angle-adjustable Delta tiller. Charge time depends on pack size and how empty the batteries are. We do not print an hour figure Pride does not print.
Portability and transport
Pride calls this feather-touch disassembly. The mesh-back seat lifts off, then a release splits the front and rear of the base. Pride lists five lightweight pieces. The heaviest piece is the 35 lb (15.9 kg) front section. The scooter weighs 83 lbs (37.6 kg) without batteries, 102.5 lbs (46.5 kg) with 12 Ah batteries, and 112.6 lbs (51.1 kg) with 18 Ah batteries.
Pride designed the five-piece split for a car trunk. It is not a one-piece fold and it is not an airline-compliant lithium scooter. The pack is sealed lead-acid. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Pride Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.
Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 specifications
These figures are for Pride model SC442E, the Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 4-Wheel, as printed on Pride's current brochure and specification table. The specification tab holds the stored values. Do not mix these numbers with the original Elite Traveller (SC44E) or the Elite Traveller 2 Platinum (SC442EMS).

Width 19.45 inches. Ground clearance 1.34 inches at the motor and 3.15 inches at mid-deck. Seat-to-ground 18.25 to 20.25 inches. Seat-to-deck 16.38 to 17.83 inches. Colour options
Use Colors to pick the shroud colour. Pride includes Cardinal Red and Black interchangeable shrouds. Pride also lists optional colour-through panels, including Iceberg Blue, Robin's Egg Blue, Chell-O, Sugar Plum, and Tangerine. Ask us which colour set you want before we order.
Elite Traveller or Elite Traveller 2
The Elite Traveller 2 is a new Pride model, not a rename. It is the first Pride 4-wheel in this class with a 37 inch EZ Turn. The original Elite Traveller 4-Wheel (still a live Pride model, sold separately) turns in 44 inches and uses a different range table. The Go-Go Sport 4-Wheel is the 325 lb EZ Turn alternative. The Go-Go LX is the 4-wheel with CTS springs.
Funding help for a mobility scooter in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a mobility scooter when the need is long-term and the scooter is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every scooter qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mobility scooter across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble the five pieces, and show you the tiller, the charger, and the disassembly before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a travel scooter first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased scooters are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This mobility scooter is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the scooter is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the scooter needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride's current Elite Traveller 2 brochure is lifetime limited on the frame and 2-year limited on electronics and drivetrain for the original purchaser. Pride Canada's scooter insert keeps those terms and prints 13 months on sealed batteries. Wear items such as tires, shrouds, and upholstery sit outside that term. Gradual battery wear from storage, cold, or heavy use is outside the battery term. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
How far can a mobility scooter go?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 travels up to 13.8 miles (22.2 km) on the 18 Ah pack at 220 lbs, or up to 10.4 miles (16.7 km) at 300 lbs. On the 12 Ah pack Pride prints 8.8 miles (14.2 km) at 220 lbs and 6.6 miles (10.6 km) at 300 lbs. Ask us which pack we ship. Pride's footnotes say range changes with weight, terrain, and battery condition.
How long does a mobility scooter take to charge?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 uses Pride's 2-amp off-board charger on the tiller. Pride does not print a single hour count. Charge time depends on whether the pack is 12 Ah or 18 Ah and how empty it is. Use the charger Pride supplies.
Can I take a mobility scooter on a plane?
Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for the Elite Traveller 2. The pack is sealed lead-acid, not a cabin lithium box. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.
Elite Traveller vs Elite Traveller 2?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 is model SC442E, with a 37 inch EZ Turn and the 12 Ah / 18 Ah range table above. The original Elite Traveller is a different Pride model with a 44 inch 4-wheel turn. They are both still listed by Pride. The figures above are for the Traveller 2.
What is the turning radius of a 4 wheel scooter?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 turns in 37 inches (94.0 cm). Pride calls that the tightest 4-wheel turn in its travel class, using EZ Turn so the 4-wheel stays stable.
Will a travel scooter fit in a car?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 is built to come apart for a car trunk. Pride lists five pieces. The heaviest single piece is 35 lbs (15.9 kg).
How much does a Pride travel scooter weigh?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 weighs 83 lbs (37.6 kg) without batteries, 102.5 lbs (46.5 kg) with 12 Ah batteries, and 112.6 lbs (51.1 kg) with 18 Ah batteries. The heaviest piece is 35 lbs.
What is the weight capacity of a travel scooter?
The Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 is rated at 300 lbs (136 kg). Stay at or under that rating.
Can I use a mobility scooter in the rain?
Pride tells Go-Go riders to find shelter in rain or snow and to avoid large puddles. Water can harm the electronics and rust the frame. If the Pride Go-Go Elite Traveller 2 gets wet, Pride says to dry it, let it sit in a warm dry place for 12 hours, then check the tiller and brakes before you ride again.
Does ADP cover scooters?
Some Ontario routes can help with mobility equipment, including power scooters, when the need is long-term and an assessment supports it. Eligibility depends on the person's situation. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
