Description
The Pride Colt Sport scooter is Pride Mobility's 4-wheel mid-size scooter with full Comfort-Trac Suspension and outdoor storage. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It is a full-size outdoor-leaning scooter. It is not a travel scooter.
Pride's January 2025 Canada brochure rates the Colt Sport at 350 lbs (159 kg), speeds up to 7.43 mph (12.0 km/h), a 51.7 inch (131.3 cm) turning radius, and up to 19.8 miles (31.8 km) per charge at 220 lbs on the included 50 Ah pair. Full CTS, 10 inch pneumatic tires, a large front basket, and tiller storage are standard.
Who this scooter is for
This scooter is for a person who stays at or under the 350 lb rating, fits Pride's 18 by 18 inch high-back captain's seat, and wants a smoother outdoor ride than a travel scooter can give. Families usually call us when sidewalks, driveway lips, and longer errand days need springs, pneumatic tires, and a place to put bags.
If you want a lighter take-apart mid-size, start with the Pride Revo 2.0 4-Wheel. If you want more outdoor speed and range, see the Pride Pursuit 2. The Colt Sport is not a Go-Go and it does not fold.
- Full front and rear CTS and 10 inch pneumatic tires
- A 350 lb rating at 7.43 mph, with (2) 50 Ah batteries
- Large front basket, tiller storage, cup holder, and dual mirrors
Range, speed, and batteries
Pride's Canada brochure prints up to 19.8 miles (31.8 km) per charge at 220 lbs (100 kg), and up to 16.2 miles (26 km) at the 350 lb rating, on the included pair of 50 Ah batteries. Pride's footnotes say range changes with rider weight, terrain, battery charge, battery condition, and tire condition, and that the number can move 10 percent either way.
Top speed is up to 7.43 mph (12.0 km/h). Pride Canada also prints a 10 to 15 km/h speed band on the card. Copy uses the brochure 7.43 mph figure. The charger is a 5-amp off-board unit. Charge time depends on how empty the 50 Ah pair is. We do not print an hour figure Pride does not print.
Portability and transport
The Colt Sport is a mid-size scooter with a 68.6 lb (31.1 kg) front section when disassembled. It weighs 165.3 lbs (75 kg) without batteries and 227.9 lbs (103.4 kg) with the 50 Ah pair. That is not a trunk-friendly travel scooter. Pride frames it for outdoor days with storage, not for airline cabins.
Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim. The pack is two 50 Ah sealed batteries. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.

Colour options
Pride ships the Colt Sport in Stone Grey and Black Pearl. Ask us which colour we can order. Dual rear-view mirrors, the large front basket, tiller storage, and the cup holder are standard on Pride's feature list.
Colt Sport, or a mid-size Victory
The Colt Sport is the outdoor-leaning 4-wheel with full CTS, pneumatic 10 inch tires, and a 50 Ah pair. The Victory 10.2 4-Wheel is the quieter mid-size Victory on solid tires. The Revo 2.0 4-Wheel takes apart for the car and stays at 400 lbs. The Pursuit 2 is the faster outdoor sibling if the day is longer and rougher than a Colt Sport day.
Funding help for a mobility scooter in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a mobility scooter when the need is long-term and the scooter is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every scooter qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mobility scooter across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble it, and show you the tiller, the lights, the charger, and the storage before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a 4-wheel scooter first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased scooters are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This mobility scooter is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the scooter is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the scooter needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride's current Colt Sport brochure is lifetime limited on the frame, 2-year limited on the drivetrain, 2-year limited on electronics, and 13 months on batteries for the original purchaser. Wear items such as tires, tubes, shrouds, and upholstery sit outside that term. Gradual battery wear from storage, cold, or heavy use is outside the battery term. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
How Far Can A Mobility Scooter Go?
The Pride Colt Sport travels up to 19.8 miles (31.8 km) per charge at 220 lbs, and up to 16.2 miles (26 km) at the 350 lb rating, on Pride's included 50 Ah pair. Pride's footnotes say range changes with weight, terrain, battery condition, and tire condition. Plan a shorter day than the headline figure if the person is near 350 lbs or the route is not flat.
How Long Does A Mobility Scooter Take To Charge?
The Pride Colt Sport uses Pride's 5-amp off-board charger on two 50 Ah batteries. Pride does not print a single hour count. Charge time depends on how empty the pair is. Use the charger Pride supplies.
Can I Take A Mobility Scooter On A Plane?
Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for the Colt Sport. The pack is two 50 Ah sealed batteries, not a cabin lithium box. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.
Is The Colt Sport A Travel Scooter?
The Pride Colt Sport is not a travel scooter. The heaviest piece is 68.6 lbs (31.1 kg), and the scooter weighs 227.9 lbs (103.4 kg) with batteries. Pride frames it for outdoor days with storage, not for a car-trunk fold.
What Is The Turning Radius Of A 4 Wheel Scooter?
The Pride Colt Sport has a 51.7 inch (131.3 cm) turning radius. That is a mid-size 4-wheel turn, wider than the Victory Twin at 42 inches and wider than Go-Go travel scooters.
What Is The Weight Capacity Of The Colt Sport?
The Pride Colt Sport is rated at 350 lbs (159 kg). Stay at or under that rating.
Can I Use A Mobility Scooter In The Rain?
Pride's mid-size scooter manual treats the Colt Sport as an indoor and outdoor scooter, not a rain bike. Pneumatic tires and CTS help on imperfect pavement. Water can still harm the electronics. Plan a drier route. If the Pride Colt Sport gets wet, dry it and check the tiller and brakes before you ride again.
Does ADP Cover Scooters?
Some Ontario routes can help with mobility equipment, including power scooters, when the need is long-term and an assessment supports it. Eligibility depends on the person's situation. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
Does The Colt Sport Have Suspension?
The Pride Colt Sport has full front and rear Comfort-Trac Suspension. Pride's 365 card also calls out outdoor storage. The large front basket, tiller cubby, and cup holder are standard on the Canada brochure.
How Much Does The Colt Sport Weigh?
The Pride Colt Sport weighs 165.3 lbs (75 kg) without batteries and 227.9 lbs (103.4 kg) with the 50 Ah pair. The heaviest piece is 68.6 lbs (31.1 kg).
