Description
The Drive PreserveTech Universal raised toilet seat is Drive's one-seat riser that rebuilds to 2 inch, 4 inch, or 6 inch, SKU RTL12C002-WH. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It raises the toilet. It is not a commode and it has no motor.
Drive's current sheet rates RTL12C002-WH at 350 lb (159 kg) and prints 18.5 inch (47 cm) between the arms. You change height by moving two components. The pivoting arms raise out of the way or come off. A lid with a recessed grip is included. Drive prints that it fits most standard and elongated toilets.
Who this raised toilet seat is for
This seat is for a person who stays at or under the 350 lb (159 kg) rating and who wants one seat that can be 2, 4, or 6 inch as the household tries heights. Families here usually call when they do not want to buy a second riser after a Brampton or GTA hip or knee recovery changes.
If you already know you want a locked 5 inch seat, see the Drive PreserveTech Secure Lock. If you want a simple 4 inch clamp-on with a lid, see the AquaSense 4 inch with lid.
- 2 inch, 4 inch, or 6 inch from two components
- Pivoting arms that raise or come off
- Lid with a recessed grip
Height and fit
A raised toilet seat adds height on top of the toilet you already have. Drive prints 2 inch (5 cm), 4 inch (10 cm), and 6 inch (15 cm) on this one SKU. Drive does not print a knee-to-floor formula. Come into a Brampton or Toronto store and we will walk through the two-component height change so the person's feet still reach the floor.
How it attaches
Drive writes that the PreserveTech Universal fits most standard and elongated toilets. Drive does not print a three-point lock on this sheet. Height is two components, not a clamp-only 4 inch seat. The arms pivot up or come off when a helper needs the side open.
PreserveTech is Drive's antimicrobial line. Drive writes that the agent is built in to protect the product surface. It does not protect people against bacteria, viruses, germs, or other disease organisms.
Drive PreserveTech Universal specifications
These figures are for Drive's current RTL12C002-WH sheet. The specification tab holds the stored values. Use the sheet when they fight. Do not use the old 300 lb marketing line.

Funding help for bathroom safety equipment in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) does not fund bathroom safety equipment, so plan around other routes. Funding that may help instead: March of Dimes Canada's Home and Vehicle Modification Program, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), extended health plans, and community programs. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through before you buy.
