Description

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-wheel scooter is a mid-size mobility scooter from Pride Mobility with a 400 lb (181 kg) rating, a top speed of 5.2 mph (8.4 km/h), a 42 in (107 cm) turning radius, and a per-charge range of up to 11 miles (17.7 km) on U1 batteries or 13 miles (21 km) on 40 Ah batteries. Westin Healthcare delivers and sets it up across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area.

Pride still sells the Victory 10.2 new in Canada (model S6102). It is the three-wheel 10.2 with frosted LED headlights, a tiller USB port, and an integrated cup holder, not the 4-wheel 10.2 and not a folding travel scooter. Pride and ADP list the 3-wheel and 4-wheel under the same device code. Feather-touch disassembly splits the frame for a car trunk. The heaviest piece is 56.5 lb (26 kg).

Who this scooter is for

This scooter is for a person who wants a 3-wheel mid-size platform, a 400 lb rating, and Pride's 10.2 lighting and storage package, and who needs a tighter indoor turn than the 4-wheel. Families usually call us when a Revo 3-Wheel is the right shape but they want the LED pathway lights and the optional 40 Ah pack.

If four-wheel stability matters more than the tight turn, start with the Pride Victory 10.2 4-Wheel Scooter. If you want Comfort-Trac on three wheels with a 20 in seat, see the Pride Revo 2.0 3-Wheel Scooter. The Victory 10.2 3-Wheel is not a folding lithium travel scooter.

  • 400 lb (181 kg) rating and an 18 in by 17 in standard seat
  • 42 in (107 cm) turning radius
  • Feather-touch disassembly; heaviest piece 56.5 lb (26 kg)

Range, speed, and batteries

Pride rates the Victory 10.2 3-Wheel at up to 5.2 mph (8.4 km/h). On the standard U1 pair the official range is up to 11 miles (17.7 km). On the optional 40 Ah pair it is up to 13 miles (21 km). Those figures vary with rider weight, terrain, and battery condition. Do not use the 4-wheel 13.5 mile / 21.7 km pair on this model.

Use Batteries (Options) to choose the standard U1 pack or the 40 Ah pack. The U1 pack uses a 3.5 amp off-board charger. The 40 Ah pack uses a 5 amp off-board charger. Pride tells daily riders to charge 8 to 14 hours after the day, and not to leave the charger on for more than 14 hours.

Portability and transport

Pride's feather-touch disassembly splits the Victory 10.2 3-Wheel for a car trunk. The heaviest piece is the 56.5 lb (26 kg) front section. The scooter weighs 130.25 lb (59 kg) without batteries, 178.25 lb (81 kg) with U1 batteries, and 194.25 lb (88 kg) with 40 Ah batteries. That is still a two-person lift for many households. Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for these sealed lead-acid packs. Ask the airline or cruise line before you travel.

Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel Scooter specifications

These figures are for Pride's Victory 10.2 3-Wheel, model S6102, as printed on Pride's current spec table, spec sheet INFINFB3940, and Pride Canada's card. They are not the 4-wheel numbers.

Weight capacity 400 lb (181 kg). Top speed up to 5.2 mph (8.4 km/h). Turning radius 42 in (107 cm). Length 45 in (114 cm). Width 22.25 in (57 cm). Ground clearance 2.4 in (61 mm) at the transaxle and 2.5 in (64 mm) at the motor. Seat-to-ground 22 to 24 in. Seat-to-deck 15.25 to 17.25 in. Standard seat 18 in wide by 17 in deep. Tires 3.5 in by 10 in solid; pneumatic optional in Canada. Incline rating 6 degrees (10.5 percent). Colours Candy Apple Red and Ocean Blue.

Warranty for a Canadian purchaser follows Pride Canada's scooter card: lifetime limited on the frame, 2 years on electronics, 2 years on drive motors, and 1 year on batteries.

Colour, batteries, seating, and accessories

Use Color (Options) to pick Candy Apple Red or Ocean Blue. Use Batteries (Options) for the U1 pack or the 40 Ah pack. Use Seating to stay with the standard 18 in by 17 in foldable seat or to step up to 20 in by 18 in or a high-back. Use Accessories and Cane/Crutch Holder only for extras you actually need. The front basket, LED package, USB port, and tiller cup holder are standard.

3-wheel or 4-wheel mobility scooter

A 3-wheel mobility scooter turns in a smaller circle and is easier to thread through a kitchen or pharmacy aisle. The Victory 10.2 3-Wheel turns in 42 in (107 cm). The Victory 10.2 4-Wheel turns in 52.25 in (133 cm) and its heaviest piece is 64.5 lb (29 kg). Choose three wheels for indoor space. Choose four wheels if you want a wider stance on sidewalks.

If you want Comfort-Trac on three wheels with a 20 in seat, compare the Revo 2.0 3-Wheel.

Funding help for a mobility scooter in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a mobility scooter when the need is long-term and the scooter is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every scooter qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.

Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA

We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a scooter first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our mobility scooter rental service; purchased scooters are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.

This mobility scooter is oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the scooter is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty

When something on the scooter needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a distant parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Pride manufacturer warranty

Pride Canada's current Victory 10.2 card is lifetime limited on the frame, 2 years on electronics, 2 years on drive motors, and 1 year on batteries. Wear items such as tires and upholstery sit outside that term. Batteries wear with charge cycles; Pride does not print a kilometre life for the U1 or 40 Ah packs. We handle the claim with you.

Frequently asked questions

How far can a mobility scooter go?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel travels up to 11 miles (17.7 km) per charge on the U1 batteries and up to 13 miles (21 km) on the 40 Ah batteries. Range shortens with rider weight, hills, cold weather, and worn batteries.

How long does it take to charge a mobility scooter?

Pride tells Victory 10.2 riders to charge the batteries for 8 to 14 hours after a day of use, and not to leave the charger connected for more than 14 hours. The U1 pack uses a 3.5 amp charger. The 40 Ah pack uses a 5 amp charger.

Can I take a mobility scooter on a plane?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel is not an airline folding scooter. It uses sealed lead-acid U1 or 40 Ah batteries and its heaviest piece is 56.5 lb (26 kg). Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for this model. Ask the airline before you book.

Can I use a mobility scooter in the rain?

Pride tells Victory 10.2 riders not to operate or store the scooter in rain, snow, mist, ice, or below-freezing conditions, and not to ride on salted surfaces. Bring it in when the weather turns.

Does ADP cover scooters?

Depending on the person's situation and assessment, funding support may be available for a mobility scooter in Ontario. Westin Healthcare's staff work with funding programs every week and can point you to the right route. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 before you buy.

3 wheel vs 4 wheel scooter?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel turns in 42 in (107 cm) and lifts as a 56.5 lb front section. The Victory 10.2 4-Wheel turns in 52.25 in (133 cm) and lifts as a 64.5 lb front section. Choose three wheels for aisles. Choose four wheels for a wider stance outdoors.

What is the turning radius of a mobility scooter?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel has a 42 in (107 cm) turning radius. That is about 10 in tighter than the 4-wheel 10.2. A typical interior door is wider than the 22.25 in (57 cm) body, so the turn is the indoor limit to watch.

How much does a Pride Victory 10.2 weigh?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel weighs 130.25 lb (59 kg) without batteries, 178.25 lb (81 kg) with U1 batteries, and 194.25 lb (88 kg) with 40 Ah batteries. The heaviest piece is 56.5 lb (26 kg).

Can a mobility scooter go in a car trunk?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel uses Pride's feather-touch disassembly so the frame, seat, and battery box pack into most large car trunks. Measure the trunk opening against the 56.5 lb front section before you count on one person doing the lift.

What is the weight capacity of a Pride Victory 10.2?

The Pride Victory 10.2 3-Wheel is rated at 400 lb (181 kg), including the rider and anything carried in the basket.
