Description
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3 wheel scooter is Pride Mobility's 325 lb three-wheel travel scooter. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. It is a take-apart travel scooter. It does not fold as one piece.
Pride's current brochure rates the S73 at 325 lbs (147 kg), speeds up to 4.7 mph (7.6 km/h), a 36 inch (91.4 cm) turning radius, and up to 12.75 miles (20.5 km) per charge on dual 18 Ah batteries. Feather-touch disassembly splits the scooter into five pieces. The heaviest piece is the 35.75 lb (16.2 kg) front section.
Who this scooter is for
This scooter is for a person who stays at or under the 325 lb rating, fits Pride's 17 by 17 inch compact seat, and wants the tighter indoor turn of three wheels without dropping to a 300 lb Ultra X. Families usually call us when hallways and shop aisles come first, and they still need pieces that lift into a car trunk.
If you want 4-wheel stability with EZ Turn, start with the Pride Go-Go Sport 4-Wheel. If you want a lighter 3-wheel take-apart, see the Pride Go-Go Ultra X 3-Wheel. The Sport is not a one-piece folding scooter.
- Daily indoor use with a 36 inch turn
- A 325 lb rating on two 18 Ah batteries
- A travel scooter that comes apart for the car, with a 35.75 lb heaviest piece
Range, speed, and batteries
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel travels up to 12.75 miles (20.5 km) per charge on two 18 Ah sealed batteries. Pride tests that figure at the maximum weight capacity. Pride's footnotes say range changes with rider weight, terrain, battery charge, battery condition, and tire condition, and that the number can move 10 percent either way. A marketing line on Pride's 3-wheel page that says "about 16 miles" is not the spec-table figure. We use 12.75 miles.
Top speed is up to 4.7 mph (7.6 km/h). The charger is a 2-amp off-board unit. Pride puts a charger port on the tiller and allows on-board or off-board charging. Charge time depends on how empty the pack is. We do not print an hour figure Pride does not print.
Portability and transport
Pride calls this feather-touch disassembly. The compact seat lifts off, then a release splits the front and rear of the base. Pride lists five lightweight pieces. The heaviest piece is the 35.75 lb (16.2 kg) front section. The scooter weighs 92.75 lbs (42.1 kg) without batteries and 122.25 lbs (55.5 kg) with batteries.
Pride designed the five-piece split for a car trunk. It is not a one-piece fold and it is not an airline-compliant lithium scooter. The pack is sealed lead-acid. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Pride Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.
Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel specifications
These figures are for Pride model S73, the Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel, as printed on Pride's current 3-wheel specification table and the August 2025 brochure. The specification tab holds the stored values. Do not mix these numbers with the 4-wheel S74.
Weight capacity 325 lbs (147 kg). Top speed up to 4.7 mph (7.6 km/h). Turning radius 36 inches (91.4 cm). Length 42 inches. Width 21.25 inches. Ground clearance 1.5 inches at the motor and 1.25 inches at the rear frame lock. Seat-to-ground 20.5 to 22 inches. Seat-to-deck 17 to 18 inches. Seat 17 by 17 inches, compact foldable black vinyl. Front tires 3 by 8 inch. Rear tires 3 by 9 inch solid. Batteries two 18 Ah, 14 lbs each. Charger 2-amp off-board. Heaviest piece 35.75 lbs, front section.
Warranty for a Canadian purchaser follows Pride's travel-scooter terms: lifetime limited on the frame, 2 years on electronics, and 2 years on the drivetrain. Pride Canada also prints 13 months on sealed batteries.
Colour and accessories
Use Colors to pick the shroud colour. Pride's standard pair is red and blue, and those two shroud sets come with the scooter.
Pride lists optional lap belts and accessories such as a cup holder, rear basket, cane holder, and oxygen holder. Ask us which extras you need before we order. Pride current tires on the Sport are solid and non-scuffing.
3-wheel or 4-wheel Sport
The 3-wheel Sport turns in 36 inches and uses a 35.75 lb front section. The Go-Go Sport 4-Wheel keeps four contact patches, adds a deck basket, and uses EZ Turn for a 41.5 inch turn. Choose the 3-wheel when indoor corners come first. Choose the 4-wheel when outdoor stability comes first. Both share the 325 lb rating, 4.7 mph, and 18 Ah pack.
Funding help for a mobility scooter in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a mobility scooter when the need is long-term and the scooter is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every scooter qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this mobility scooter across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, assemble the five pieces, and show you the tiller, the charger, and the disassembly before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a travel scooter first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased scooters are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
This mobility scooter is larger than small parcel goods. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. If the scooter is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the scooter needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a US parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Pride manufacturer warranty
Pride's current Sport brochure and spec table are lifetime limited on the frame and 2-year limited on electronics and drivetrain for the original purchaser. Pride Canada's scooter insert keeps those terms and prints 13 months on sealed batteries. Wear items such as tires, shrouds, and upholstery sit outside that term. Gradual battery wear from storage, cold, or heavy use is outside the battery term. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
How far can a mobility scooter go?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel travels up to 12.75 miles (20.5 km) per charge on two 18 Ah batteries, at the 325 lb rating. Pride's footnotes say range changes with weight, terrain, and battery condition. Plan a shorter day than the headline figure if the person is near 325 lbs or the route is not flat.
How long does a mobility scooter take to charge?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel uses Pride's 2-amp off-board charger, on the tiller port or off the scooter. Pride does not print a single hour count. Charge time depends on how empty the 18 Ah pack is. Use the charger Pride supplies.
Can I take a mobility scooter on a plane?
Pride does not print an airline-compliant claim for the Go-Go Sport. The pack is two 18 Ah sealed lead-acid batteries, not a cabin lithium box. If you need a Pride scooter Pride describes as airline-compliant, look at the Go-Go Carbon and still ask the airline before you fly.
3 wheel vs 4 wheel scooter?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel turns in 36 inches and uses a 35.75 lb front section. The Sport 4-Wheel keeps four wheels and uses EZ Turn to turn in 41.5 inches. Choose three wheels for indoor corners. Choose four wheels for outdoor stability. Both are 325 lb Pride travel scooters.
Will a travel scooter fit in a car?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel is built to come apart for a car trunk. Pride lists five pieces. The heaviest single piece is 35.75 lbs (16.2 kg).
How much does a Pride travel scooter weigh?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel weighs 92.75 lbs (42.1 kg) without batteries and 122.25 lbs (55.5 kg) with batteries. The heaviest piece is 35.75 lbs.
What is the weight capacity of a travel scooter?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel is rated at 325 lbs (147 kg). Stay at or under that rating.
What is the turning radius of a 3 wheel scooter?
The Pride Go-Go Sport 3-Wheel turns in 36 inches (91.4 cm). That is tighter than the Sport 4-Wheel at 41.5 inches and wider than some folding scooters.
Can I use a mobility scooter in the rain?
Pride tells Go-Go riders to find shelter in rain or snow and to avoid large puddles. Water can harm the electronics and rust the frame. If the Pride Go-Go Sport gets wet, Pride says to dry it, let it sit in a warm dry place for 12 hours, then check the tiller and brakes before you ride again.
Does ADP cover scooters?
Some Ontario routes can help with mobility equipment, including power scooters, when the need is long-term and an assessment supports it. Eligibility depends on the person's situation. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.
