Drive Embedded Staff Control for P703 Bed

The Drive Embedded Staff Control for P703 (SKU P703SC04) is the footboard staff pad for the Drive PrimeCare P703. Drive's 2017 P703 owner manual describes a 5-function staff pad: head, thigh and foot, Auto Contour, height, and Trendelenburg / reverse Trendelenburg. Those last two positions are staff-only. Everyday head, foot, height, and Auto Contour stay on the standard 8-function pendant. Westin Healthcare sells the control in Brampton and can install it when we set up a P703 across the Greater Toronto Area.

Which beds this fits

Drive's current P703 brochure lists P703SC04 as "Staff Control Panel f/P703". Drive's P703 accessories family page uses the same SKU and UPC 822383979564. This pad is P703 only.

• The Drive PrimeCare P703 is the only Westin bed that takes this control

It does not fit the Drive PrimeCare P903. That frame uses P903SC05 for Ti-Motion motors. It does not fit the Drive Prime Plus P750. It does not fit the Drive PrimeCare P503. It does not fit a Drive Delta 1000, a Drive Delta 15235, or a Drive 15005LP.

Drive's P703 owner manual says to use Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg only with medical supervision, to move the head end away from the wall, to use those positions only at or near the highest height, and not to exceed 14 degrees. The P703 manual does not name cardiac chair as a staff-control function. Auto Contour is already on the P703 pendant.

Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA

Westin's own team can install this control when we deliver and set up a Drive PrimeCare P703 across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We fit it in the footboard and show the caregiver the staff-only positions before we leave. If the bed is already in the home, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book a technician visit.

We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see the bed first. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased beds and their kits are delivered on a scheduled date.

Hospital beds are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply when this control travels with a bed.
