Drive P703 Length Extension 88”

The Drive P703 Length Extension (SKU P703LE) is the 88 inch sleep-length kit for the Drive PrimeCare P703 only. The P703 already sets 76, 80, and 84 inches on the frame. This kit is the extra step to 88 inches. Westin Healthcare sells it in Brampton and can fit it when we deliver and set up a P703 across the Greater Toronto Area. It is not a Delta kit and it is not a P903 kit.

Which beds this fits

Drive's current P703 brochure lists P703LE as "P703 Length Extension 88", 1ea". Drive's P703 accessories family page uses the same SKU and UPC 822383979458. The 2017 P703 owner manual names an 88 inch length extension as a P703 option and prints a kit weight of 6.8 lb.

• The Drive PrimeCare P703 is the only Westin bed that takes this kit

It does not fit the Drive PrimeCare P903. The P903 already stops at 80, 84, and 88 inches on the frame. It does not fit the Drive Prime Plus P750 (80 / 84 / 88 inches are already on that frame). It does not fit the Drive PrimeCare P503. It does not fit a Drive Delta 1000 or a Drive Delta 15235 (those use 15030EXTKIT to reach 84 inches, not 88). It does not fit a Drive 15005LP (15005EXTKIT-L).

An 88 inch P703 needs an 88 inch, 36 inch-wide mattress unless the width kit is also on. Standard 15030HBL and 15030HBL-3684 sheets will not cover 88 inches.

Drive's current P703 sheet and accessories family page name the kit P703 Length Extension 88", sold as one each. The 2017 P703 owner manual lists overall bed length with the 88 inch kit (101 inches with the wall bumper, 95 inches without) and a kit weight of 6.8 lb. Drive's current shop card does not print a tool-free claim, a capacity change, or a separate warranty term for this SKU. The P703 weight ratings stay on the current P703 sheet: 550 lb capacity, 500 lb resident.

Westin's own team can bring this kit when we deliver and set up a Drive PrimeCare P703 across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We fit it on the frame before we leave. If the bed is already in the home, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book a technician visit.

We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see the bed and this kit first. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased beds and their kits are delivered on a scheduled date.

Hospital beds are oversized. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply when this kit travels with a bed. Will it fit a P903 or a Delta?

No. A P903 already reaches 88 inches without this kit. A Delta uses 15030EXTKIT and stops at 84 inches.

Is it the same as the P703 width kit?

No. Width is P703WE (39 to 42 inches). Length to 88 inches is P703LE. They are different Drive items.

Is installation tool-free?

Drive's current card does not print a tool-free claim. Westin can fit the kit at delivery.

Does it change the weight capacity?

No. Stay on the current P703 sheet: 550 lb capacity and 500 lb resident weight.

What mattress do I need at 88 inches?

An 88 inch mattress at the width you set on the P703. Standard 80 and 84 inch Drive linen SKUs in this group will not cover 88 inches.
