The JAY Swing-Away Lateral Thoracic Supports line is Sunrise Medical's add-on trunk pad family for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Sunrise writes it for riders who lean to one side and respond to extra lateral depth beyond a JAY back shell. The standard pad is 8.25 inches wide and 0.7 lbs (0.32 kg) each. The rotational pad is 10 inches wide and 1 lb (0.45 kg) each. This is a quote-only positioning accessory. It is configured with the wheelchair through the ADP assessment, not sold as a last-minute cart extra.
