The JAY Anterior Trunk Supports line is Sunrise Medical's torso harness family for Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Sunrise writes it for upright posture, head position, upper-extremity control, and respiratory function. Widths on the current card run 6.5 to 25 inches (17 to 64 cm). This is a quote-only positioning accessory. It is configured with the wheelchair through the ADP assessment, not sold as a last-minute cart extra.
Six styles and two constructions sit on one card. A seating therapist names the style before we order.
Which chairs this fits
Sunrise does not print a chair-by-chair fit list. These harnesses attach to a wheelchair seating system after the therapist sets the pelvic position. Confirm the chair, the back, and the cane or seating-shell hardware with Westin before you order. Pair them with a current JAY back such as the JAY J3 Back or the JAY Encompass Back when the assessment calls for both.
