It sits between the seat rails, under the foam, inside the cushion cover, so the cushion does not hammock. Westin Healthcare sells it in Brampton and delivers it across the Greater Toronto Area, on its own or with a seating setup.

It is an accessory, not a cushion and not a back support. It is for sling upholstery. It is not for a chair that already has a rigid seat pan.

Which cushions this fits

Motion Concepts describes the insert as fitted to the bottom of a foam cushion, inside the cover. The 2017 Matrx seating series lists it as an option on Matrx Vi, Kidabra Vi, PS, Flovair, and Stabilite cushions. Pick the rigidizer model from the cushion width and depth, not from the wheelchair brand name.
