Description
The Prism Supreme II Plus cushion is Future Mobility's layered foam wheelchair cushion for Canada, with a gel-infused top and a 350 lb (159 kg) rating. Westin Healthcare fits it in Brampton and across the Greater Toronto Area after a seating check on the chair.
This is the Supreme II Plus, not the Supreme HD, and not an air cushion. Future Mobility's Canada card describes moderate posture support. The Sept 2024 brochure also prints high positioning support and supreme pressure relief. A seating therapist should pick the class.
Who this cushion is for
The Prism Supreme II Plus cushion is for a person at or under 350 lb (159 kg) whose seating therapist is looking for a contoured foam pressure relief cushion with a gel-infused top and a waterfall front edge. Future Mobility prints aggressive leg troughs and abductor contouring for pelvic stability and leg positioning, plus a visco layer under the ITs.
A seating therapist should confirm the size and that foam is the right medium. Westin does not give clinical positioning advice. If you have questions about skin, posture, or transfers, ask the therapist who assessed you, or call us and we will book that conversation.
Foam layers, cover, and care
The top is gel-infused memory foam that Future Mobility says dissipates heat. Under that sit high-density memory foam, medium-density poly foam for contour, and a bio-resistant retaining foam. A visco layer sits under the ITs. The front is a waterfall edge. The rear has a cane cutout and a radius cut to match back upholstery.
Covers on the factory card include a waterproof incontinence cover and an Infection Control Cover (ICC), plus a 4-way stretch water-resistant inner liner, a 4-way stretch breathable outer cover, and a non-slip cover. Future Mobility describes the foams as latex-free, non-toxic, hypoallergenic, and low odor. Follow the care steps in the user manual that ships with the cushion.
- Product weight 3.7 lb (1.68 kg)
- User weight 350 lb (159 kg)
- Contour: adductor 5 in (12.7 cm); abductor 5 in; rear IT 3.25 in (8.26 cm); leg trough 3.25 in; rear trochanter 4.25 in (10.8 cm)
Prism Supreme II Plus specifications
These figures are from Future Mobility's Sept 2024 Supreme II Plus brochure and the live Canada card. The specification tab holds the stored values.
Warranty 2 years limited on the cushion and 90 days on the cover. Stock Ontario row SESFM0070 covers the printed same-day sizes. Non-stock SESFM0075 and custom SESFM0080 are other rows on the same form. We do not say a given size is approved.
Sizes
Use Choose Width and Choose Depth for the pair that matches the wheelchair seat. Factory stock pairs include 14x14, 14x16, 16x16, 16x18, 18x16, 18x18, and 18x20. Other pairs on the 14 to 20 in controls are non-stock or custom on the factory form. We check the size on the chair at delivery.
Foam, air, or a heavier cushion
Stay here if you want the Supreme II Plus foam cushion with a gel-infused top. The Prism Supreme Heavy Duty Cushion is the 500 lb (227 kg) sibling from 24 in wide. An air cushion such as the ROHO High Profile uses inflatable cells. A JAY fluid cushion such as the JAY Fusion is a different medium. Ask the seating therapist which construction fits the assessment.
Funding help for a wheelchair cushion or back support in Ontario
This cushion or back support is an ADP positioning device category item. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of positioning devices such as cushions and back supports when they are prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist with an eligible mobility device, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every product qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.
Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA
Westin's own team delivers and sets up this cushion across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, check the size on the chair, and show you the cover before we leave.
We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a wheelchair cushion first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased cushions are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.
If the cushion is going outside the GTA, ask us for a shipping quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty
When something on the cushion needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a distant parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.
Future Mobility manufacturer warranty
Future Mobility prints 2 years limited on the Supreme II Plus cushion and 90 days on the cover, for the original purchaser. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.
Frequently asked questions
What Size Wheelchair Cushion Do I Need?
A wheelchair cushion should match the wheelchair seat, not a clothing size. Measure the seat width and seat depth on the chair, then use Choose Width and Choose Depth for that pair. A seating therapist should confirm the size.
How Do I Choose Between Gel, Foam, And Air Cushions?
Foam such as the Prism Supreme II Plus uses layered polyurethane and memory foam, with a gel-infused top on the II Plus. An air cushion such as a ROHO uses inflatable cells. A gel bladder is a third construction. Ask the seating therapist which medium fits the assessment. We will not choose it from a web form.
Does ADP Cover Wheelchair Cushions?
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program can help with a wheelchair cushion or back support after an ADP-registered therapist assessment, when the seating is required with an eligible mobility device. Eligibility depends on the person and the device. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.

Is The Supreme II Plus A Gel Cushion?

What Does SESFM0070 Mean?
SESFM0070 is the Ontario ADP row Future Mobility prints for Supreme II Plus stock sizes. Non-stock and custom sizes use other rows on the same form. Ask us which row applies to the size you order.
How Do I Clean The Supreme II Plus?
The Prism Supreme II Plus cover is made to be cleaned as an incontinence-resistant and ICC cover. Follow the user manual that ships with the cushion. Do not guess a wash cycle from a photo.
What Comes With The Supreme II Plus?
The Prism Supreme II Plus cushion is ordered as the layered foam base plus the cover for the width and depth you pick. Westin Healthcare delivers and sets it on the chair across Brampton and the GTA.
