Description

The Evolution Xpresso Zero rollator is Evolution Technologies' Roman-arch 4-wheel walker with a 1.5 in padded seat, concealed-cable brakes, and 8 in (20 cm) polyurethane tires. Westin Healthcare sells it and delivers it for homes in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Mini and Regular weigh 16 lb (7.3 kg). Tall weighs 17 lb (7.7 kg).

Evolution's 2025 Zero sheet lists Mini and Regular at 300 lb (136 kg) and Tall at 350 lb (159 kg). The basket is fully covered. The seat is 17.5 in (44.5 cm) wide, a bit narrower than the 18 in Lite and Tacoma seats.

Who this rollator is for

This rollator is for a person who wants a rollator with seat canada shoppers pick when the cushion matters as much as the fold: a thick pad, a wide back strap, and a covered basket. Families usually call us when the Lite seat feels thin and the steel Evo feels heavy.

If you want 15 lb and a stay-on open basket, see the Xpresso Lite or the Lite Cable-Free. If you need 450 lb and a 20 in seat, see the Xpresso Wide HD.

  • 1.5 in padded seat and an extra-wide back strap
  • Concealed-cable brakes and a covered folding basket
  • 8 in PU tires and offset rear forks

Fit and height

Stand in everyday walking shoes with your arms relaxed and match the wrist crease to the handle range. Mini handles run 28.5-33.5 in (72.4-85.1 cm). Regular 31-36 in (78.7-91.4 cm). Tall 33-38 in (83.8-96.5 cm). Those Regular and Tall ranges are the 2025 sheet figures, a bit taller than older Westin tables.

Seat height is Mini 18 in, Regular 21 in, Tall 24 in. Seat width is 17.5 in on every size. Ask us if the person needs a wider seat; that is the Wide HD, not the Zero.

Wheels, brakes, and folding

The Zero uses 8 in high-traction polyurethane tires Evolution rates for indoor and outdoor use. Brakes are concealed cable. Hand grips are removable for cleaning. Offset rear forks give a wider gait than a tight indoor frame.

The frame is the Xpresso Roman-arch fold. The basket is fully covered, removable, and foldable. Lock both brakes on flat ground before you sit. Evolution's card says not to use the walker as a wheelchair, and not to use it to push open doors or hit curbs.

Weight and portability

Mini and Regular weigh 16 lb (7.3 kg) on Evolution's 2025 sheet, without accessories, backstrap, or basket. Tall is 17 lb (7.7 kg). Overall size is 25 by 23.5 in on Mini, 26 by 23.5 in on Regular, and 27 by 24 in on Tall. A stored 14 lb figure is wrong for this series.

Evolution Xpresso Zero specifications

These figures are for the Evolution Xpresso Zero Series as printed on Evolution's July 2025 sell sheet. The specification tab holds the stored values.

Mini and Regular 300 lb (136 kg). Tall 350 lb (159 kg). Seat 17.5 in wide. Wheels 8 in PU. Colours Evolution lists on the Canada card include Carbon Black, Shiraz Red, and Sky Blue.

Warranty follows Evolution's wheeled-walker card: lifetime limited on the frame and metal, 5 years on the braking system excluding normal wear, 1 year on the basket, handle grips, back rest, and other plastic parts, and 6 months on the tires excluding normal wear. Register within 14 days.

Colour

Use Colors to pick the frame colour. Evolution's current Zero card lists Carbon Black, Shiraz Red, and Sky Blue. Ask us if you want a colour beyond that card. Size is Mini, Regular, or Tall on the order, not a weight-capacity choice.

Lite, Zero, Tacoma, or Wide HD

Zero is the quilted-seat Xpresso. The Lite and Lite Cable-Free are 15 lb with an 18 in seat. The Tacoma is the 18 lb PU-tire Xpresso in Blue or Grey. The Wide HD is the 20 in, 450 lb Xpresso. The Trillium Type 3 is the other Evolution with a 1.5 in quilted seat if you do not need the Roman arch.

Funding help for a walker or rollator in Ontario

Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a walker or rollator when the need is long-term and the aid is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every model qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin Healthcare's staff work with these programs every week and will point you to the right route for your situation. Visit our funding page or call (905) 451-7743 to talk it through.

Delivery and setup in Brampton and the GTA

Westin's own team delivers and sets up this rollator across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, unfold it, set the handle height, and show you the brakes and the fold before we leave.

We have three stores in the Brampton and Toronto area if you would rather see a rollator with a seat first. For a scheduled in-home setup, call (905) 451-7743 and we will book the next date that works. Same-day delivery is offered through our hospital bed rental service; purchased rollators are delivered and set up on a scheduled date.

If the rollator is going outside the GTA, ask us for a freight quote. Inside Toronto and the GTA, White-Glove Delivery (bring-in, unwrap, test, take packaging away) is described on the shipping policy. Any charge is confirmed on your order.

Service and warranty

When something on the rollator needs work, you call the shop that set it up, not a distant parts desk. Westin Healthcare has a service and repairs department. Our technicians come to the home or workplace.

Evolution manufacturer warranty

Evolution's current wheeled-walker card, for the original purchaser who registers within 14 days, is lifetime limited on the frame and metal components, 5 years on the braking system excluding normal wear, 1 year on the basket, handle grips, back rest, and other plastic parts, and 6 months on the tires excluding normal wear. Evolution voids the warranty if the walker is used to push open doors, hit curbs, or used as a wheelchair. We handle the warranty claim with you. Ask us if an extended warranty is offered for your order.

Frequently asked questions

How Do I Choose a Rollator Height?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero Regular handles adjust from 31-36 in (78.7-91.4 cm) on Evolution's 2025 sheet. Stand in walking shoes with your arms relaxed and match the wrist crease to Mini, Regular, or Tall. Seat height is 18, 21, or 24 in. Seat width is 17.5 in on every size.

Walker Vs Rollator: Which Is Better?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero is a rollator: four wheels, hand brakes, and a seat. A standard walker has no seat and is lifted with each step. Choose the Zero when the person can use loop brakes and wants a thick pad and a covered basket. Evolution says not to use it as a wheelchair.

Does ADP Cover Rollators?

Some Ontario routes can help with a walker or rollator when the need is long-term and an assessment supports it. Eligibility depends on the person's situation. Call (905) 451-7743 or use the funding page before you buy.

How Much Does the Xpresso Zero Weigh?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero Mini and Regular weigh 16 lb (7.3 kg) on Evolution's 2025 sheet. Tall weighs 17 lb (7.7 kg). A 14 lb figure on older tables is not this series.

What Is the Weight Capacity of the Xpresso Zero?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero Mini and Regular are rated at 300 lb (136 kg). Tall is rated at 350 lb (159 kg). Capacity follows the size, not a separate switch.

Will This Rollator Fit in a Car?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero folds on the Roman-arch X-frame. Mini overall size is 25 by 23.5 in before the fold. The covered basket comes off or collapses. We can walk through the fold at delivery.

How Is the Zero Different From the Lite?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero has a 1.5 in padded seat, a covered basket, 8 in PU tires, and a 17.5 in seat. The Lite is 15 lb with EVA tires and an 18 in seat. Pick Zero when the cushion and covered basket matter more than 1-2 lb.

Can I Use the Xpresso Zero Outdoors?

Evolution fits the Xpresso Zero with 8 in polyurethane tires for indoor and outdoor use. Lock the brakes before you sit, and do not use the frame to shove doors or climb curbs.

Does the Zero Have Cable-Free Brakes?

The Evolution Xpresso Zero uses concealed-cable brakes. The cables sit inside the frame. The fully cable-free Xpresso in this family is the Lite Cable-Free (and the Tacoma / Wide).

How Do I Sit on the Zero Seat?

Lock both Evolution Xpresso Zero brakes, keep the rollator on flat ground, and sit only when it is parked. The Zero seat is a 1.5 in pad. Evolution's warranty card says not to use the walker as a wheelchair.
