The Drive Nitro Sprint Rollator is Drive's 4-wheel Nitro with a seat for indoor floors and outdoor pavement in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. Drive's current 102662 sheet rates it at 350 lbs (159 kg) and 19 lbs (8.6 kg) on Hemi and Standard (19.5 lbs / 8.8 kg on Tall), with an 18 inch (46 cm) by 10 inch (25 cm) seat and 10 inch (25 cm) front wheels.
This is the 4-wheel Nitro most people start with. A slow-down brake, a backstrap with a viewing window, and Hemi, Standard, and Tall seats are how it leaves the original aluminum Nitro. It is not the 450 lb Nitro HD and it is not the no-seat Nitro 3-Wheel.
Fit and height
A rollator with a seat fits a person who can walk on their own and wants to sit and rest. Drive prints three seat-to-floor heights: Hemi 18 inches (46 cm), Standard 21 inches (53 cm), and Tall 23 inches (58 cm). Matching handle ranges are Hemi 29 to 33 inches (74 to 84 cm), Standard 30 to 36.5 inches (76 to 93 cm), and Tall 32 to 39.4 inches (81 to 100 cm).
Stand upright with your arms relaxed. Set the grips at your wrist crease so your elbows stay slightly bent when you hold on. Drive's handle button clicks into the next height. Match both sides. Sit only after you press both brake levers down to park, on even ground.

Wheels, brakes, and folding
The Drive Nitro Sprint is a 4 wheel walker with 10 inch (25 cm) front wheels and cables inside the frame. Drive's integrated slow-down brake holds speed on a slope. The service brake acts on the outer rim so the tyre wears less, and Drive prints that the pad and cable are made to be replaced.
Fold it side to side with one hand. The frame stays locked closed for a car trunk or a closet. The padded seat and the backstrap with a viewing window stay on the frame. The bag mounts in more than one place. Drive's Sprint blog says the rollator comes assembled.
Weight and portability
Drive prints 19 lbs (8.6 kg) for Hemi and Standard and 19.5 lbs (8.8 kg) for Tall. Assembled Standard size is 27.5 inches long by 24 inches wide by 30 to 36.5 inches high (70 by 61 by 76 to 93 cm). Width inside the back legs is 19 inches (48 cm). Drive does not print folded inches. The one-hand lock is the car-trunk reality.
If you need 450 lbs and a 23 inch seat, use the Drive Nitro Heavy Duty Rollator. If you want a no-seat 3-wheel, use the Drive Nitro 3-Wheel Rollator.

Colour and seat height
Use Choose Color to pick Black, Blue, or Red. Use Choose Seat Height for the 18 inch, 21 inch, or 23 inch seat Drive prints as Hemi, Standard, and Tall. Each seat height has its own handle range on the sheet above.
Drive also lists a cup holder, cane holder, phone holder, and tray that clip to the built-in accessory mount. Ask us if you want those added.
Which Drive Nitro rollator fits
The Drive Nitro Sprint Rollator is the 4-wheel Nitro with a seat and the slow-down brake. Stay here if 350 lbs and an 18 inch seat are enough, and you want Hemi, Standard, or Tall. The Nitro HD is the 450 lb Nitro with a 23 inch seat. The Nitro 3-Wheel is the no-seat 13.5 lb Nitro. The Deluxe 3-Wheel is a different Drive 3-wheel, not a Nitro.
Drive also makes a standard 4-wheel aluminum Nitro (RTL10266, 300 lb), a Nitro Elite CF carbon frame, a Nitro Duet rollator-transport chair, and a Nitro Sprint HD at 500 lb. We do not sell those four here. Ask us if one of them is the better fit.
Funding help for a walker or rollator in Ontario
Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of a walker or rollator when the need is long-term and the aid is prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist, and some income-support programs cover the full cost.
