The Ezee Life CH1030 has four 4 inch (10 cm) rust-resistant swivel casters. The two rear casters lock. Lock both rear casters before anyone sits. The Factory Direct Medical card also writes a splash shield that holds the pail and is printed for over-toilet use, plus the 7.5 quart pail for bedroom use.

Factory Direct Medical's CH1030 card does not give a printed bowl-clearance number. Come into a Brampton or Toronto store if you want the frame tried around a toilet on the floor. Ezee Life's own rehab hub does not list CH1030 as a shower commode, so Westin sells it as a commode, not a shower chair.

Design, back, and seat

The frame is anodized aluminum and does not fold. The back is angled and comes off with no tools. Arms are full-length plastic. There are no footrests on the CH1030 card.

The seat is padded. The splash shield acts as the pail holder. That is the CH1030 layout. The CH1020 keeps a conventional seat and lid and a 12 quart pail instead.
