Casters, locks, and over-toilet use

The Ezee Life CH1020 has four 4 inch (10 cm) rust-resistant swivel casters. The two rear casters lock. Ezee Life's manual says to push the lever down to apply the brakes and lift the lever to release them. Lock both rear casters before anyone sits.
