Description
The Drive BP3400 is Drive's deluxe automatic upper-arm blood pressure monitor for home tracking in Brampton and the GTA. It uses an extra-large 3.31 x 2.17 in LCD, a medium cuff for arms 22-36 cm (about 8.7-14.2 in), and two memory groups of 60 readings (120 in all). Readings support home monitoring. They do not diagnose a condition and they do not replace advice from a healthcare provider.
Cuff size and who this fits
Drive's owner manual prints a medium cuff for an upper-arm circumference of 22.0-36.0 cm (about 8.66-14.17 in). Measure the bare upper arm at the midpoint. The cuff sits about 1-2 cm (1/2 in) above the elbow, level with the heart. Drive writes the unit for people 12 years and older. It is not for infants and it is not for a limb with an IV, a shunt, or a wound.
Two people can keep separate histories: use SET to pick a memory group before you start. Drive lists a larger replacement cuff in the BP2001 family for arms 12.6-17.7 in (about 32-45 cm). Call (905) 451-7743 if the included medium cuff is too small.

Frequently asked questions
What Cuff Size Does The Drive BP3400 Use?
The Drive BP3400 ships with a medium upper-arm cuff for 22.0-36.0 cm (about 8.7-14.2 in). Drive lists a larger BP2001-family cuff for 12.6-17.7 in arms. Measure the arm before you buy.
Does This Blood Pressure Monitor Diagnose High Blood Pressure?
No. The Drive BP3400 supports home tracking. Drive's manual says not to confuse self-monitoring with self-diagnosis and to talk with a healthcare provider who knows your history if readings look unusual.
Can Two People Share The BP3400?
Yes. The Drive BP3400 stores 120 readings as two groups of 60. Use the SET button to pick a group before you take a reading so each person's history stays separate.
What Does The Irregular Heartbeat Symbol Mean?
On the Drive BP3400, the symbol appears when the monitor sees a rhythm about 25% slower or faster than the average during that reading. It is not a diagnosis. Drive says to consult a physician if the symbol shows up often.
What Batteries Does The BP3400 Take?
The Drive BP3400 runs on 4 AA alkaline batteries. An optional Drive BP2610 adapter (DC 6.0 V, 600 mA) can power it from the wall. Drive's current card does not say the cells are in the carton.
How Is The Deluxe Different From The Economy BP3600?
The Drive BP3400 has the extra-large 3.31 x 2.17 in screen, 4 AA cells, and two memory groups. The Drive BP3600 has a 2.45 x 1.81 in screen, 4 AAA cells, and a single 120-reading memory as Drive's current card describes it. Both use the same 22-36 cm cuff.
What Is The Warranty?
Drive warrants the BP3400 for 2 years from the original purchase date for the original owner. Westin Healthcare processes the manufacturer claim.
