This is the Beka NORA raising sling. It is not a seated full-body sling and it is not a Silvalea Stand Assist. If the person cannot stand for a short time with support, start with a seated sling such as the Handicare Universal Sling on a floor lift such as the Beka CARLO.
Who this sling is for
The Beka Sit to Stand Sling is for a person who can still stand for a short time with support and who needs a NORA sit-to-stand transfer for toileting, bathing, or a chair change. A clinician or therapist records an assessment before first use. The default articles are clip slings. Loop articles are for a NORA that has loop pins or a NORA Pro loop-connection yoke.

What you get
You get one Beka Sit to Stand Sling in the article on your quote. Clip Medium 921070103US is a blue nylon raising sling with yellow binding, padded under-arm rolls, an anti-slip back, double chest straps, a padded chest strap with a buckle, and clip fasteners on each side. A NORA lift is sold separately.
Place the sling around the back so the arm pads sit under the arms. Close the padded chest strap. Hang each clip in the matching NORA holder and pull it into the locked position. Confirm both clips are secured and sitting correctly before the raise. Encourage the person to hold the bar handles.

Care and laundering
Washable up to 60 C. Follow the tag on the sling you receive. Inspect fabric, seams, chest straps, and clips after every wash and before every transfer. Store the sling dry and clean. Beka asks you to take the sling out of service if straps or clips are frayed, cut, or damaged.

Attachment and which lifts this fits
The default Beka Sit to Stand Sling is a clip sling. Clips hang in the NORA holders and must sit in the locked position before the raise. Loop articles go over NORA loop hooks to the final position. This family does not use Human Care E-clips.
Beka makes this sling for the NORA sit-to-stand family. On our floor that is the Beka NORA Alu, which ships with clip sling pins, and the Beka NORA Pro, which is sold as a clip-connection or loop-connection lift. If the NORA Alu has been fitted with the loop pin kit, or the NORA Pro is the loop-connection variant, pick a loop article on this card.
The Beka CARLO is the seated Beka floor lift. It uses a loop carry bar for seated slings, not this raising sling. The Handicare MiniLift takes the Thorax sling.
