The MK 8A24 battery is a 12 V group 24 sealed AGM cell for larger mobility scooters and power chairs. Westin Healthcare sells it, delivers it, and can swap it in Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. East Penn's March 2026 Marine Master sheet prints 79 Ah at the 20-hour rate on the 8A24M row. Quantum Rehab names group 24 AGM MK batteries on the 4Front 2 and the 4Front 2 HD. Those bases take two 12 V batteries in series, so you usually buy two and replace both at the same time.
Who this battery is for
This is the sealed group 24 AGM, not the flooded DC24 and not a 22NF. Quantum prints group 24 AGM MK for the 4Front 2. It is not the Edge 3 / Q6 Edge 2.0 NF-22 tray, and it is not a Baja Wrangler 2 75 Ah or 100 Ah pair unless the old cell is actually a group 24.

MK 8A24 battery chemistry and pairs
East Penn lists 8A24M under 12-volt AGM heavy-duty deep cycle service. Footnotes 38 and 39 rate it non-spillable by DOT and by ICAO/IATA. It is not a flooded DC24. Gel group 24 is the 8G24, which Westin does not list in this wave.
Quantum says to use two batteries of the same type, chemistry, and amp-hour rating. Westin sells the 8A24 as a single 12 V battery. Order two for a 24 V pair.

Group 24 AGM or flooded: which sibling fits
Stay on sealed AGM if the old cell is sealed. The flooded group 24 is the MK DC24, a marine/RV wet cell, not a sealed mobility tray. A 22NF tray takes the MK 8A22NF. A group 27 AGM tray takes the MK 8A27.

Does A Quantum 4Front Take This Battery?
Quantum Rehab names group 24 AGM MK batteries on the 4Front 2 and the 4Front 2 HD. Confirm the tray on your serial, because some 4Front builds take group 34 gel instead. Bring a photo if the stamp is hidden.
Do I Replace Both Batteries?

Gel Vs AGM Battery For A Scooter?
