What you get
The tub body is glass-fibre reinforced plastic. A large side door with a safety lock opens onto a flat sill, so a wheelchair or a lift can come in without a step. Chrome holding grips sit at the rim. The seat has a hygienic opening. A contoured back profile helps keep the person from sliding once the tub tilts. The carrier frame is freestanding, so a stand aid or a floor lift can work under the door.
Motion E (810150540) ships with the 10-button cable remote and no built-in panel. Motion (810150550) ships with the 11-button panel, three temperature displays, the tub spout, and the thermostat mixer. On Motion, fill stops above 42°C and the display flashes HOT. Care bathtubs are oversized and need a room survey for water, drain, and power. The Canada-wide free ground-shipping offer on smaller goods does not apply. Which lifts this bathtub works with
Beka states that AVERO Motion works with modern bath and patient lifts, including the CARLO and CARLO Air for mobility group 4 and any appropriate stand aid or mobile floor lift. A wheelchair user can self-enter at the 490 mm entry height. The door sill is flat. Lock the door before you fill or tilt.
We already sell those lifts. Use the Beka Nora when the person can stand for a short time with support. Use the Beka Nora Pro when you were named the Pro cushion. Use the Beka CARLO Classic when the person needs a full-body loop-sling transfer. The sling belongs to the lift, not to this tub. Start at sit-to-stand slings for Nora, or full-body slings for CARLO.
Measure the bathroom door, the turning space, the drain, and the 110-120 V supply with us before you order. A qualified electrician makes the mains connection. Cold and hot water are 1/2 in. Drain is 50 mm. We will confirm those points on the room survey.

Beka manufacturer warranty
Beka warranty terms ship with each serial number; ask us for the terms on your order. The expected service life is about 8 years with an annual safety check, and unauthorised work or non-original parts void the warranty. Authorized Beka service keeps that warranty in force.
