This is Drive 8047. It is not a ROHO, and it is not a foam JAY cushion.
Who this cushion is for
The Drive Balanced Aire Adjustable cushion is for a person with limited seated tolerance, or who may be at risk for pressure injuries, when a seating therapist wants an adjustable air cushion. Drive prints flexible interconnected independent air cells for deep immersion, a low-shear stretch cover, and a 500 lb rating.
A seating therapist should confirm that an air cushion is the right medium. This page does not give clinical positioning advice.
Fit and size
Measure the wheelchair seat, then use Choose Size for the Drive 8047 width, depth, and 2 inch or 4 inch cell height. Drive's current sheet lists ten SKUs:

The 2 inch height is still an adjustable air cell, not a foam pad. The 22 x 18 x 4 size is the widest on the current sheet.
Air cells, cover, and care
The Drive Balanced Aire is an air cushion for wheelchair use. Interconnected independent cells let the person immerse. A hand pump is included so the air can be set to the person. A repair kit is included. The cover is a fluid-resistant stretch top with a non-skid bottom and locking straps. It is removable and washable.
Drive prints that the cushion meets flammability standard TB117. Follow the care steps that ship with the 8047 you order.

Stay here if you want Drive's adjustable air cushion at 2 or 4 inches and 500 lbs. The ROHO Mosaic Cushion is Permobil's entry air cushion in six sizes, rated 315 lbs. The ROHO High Profile Cushion is the 4.25 inch ROHO skin-protection air cushion. The ROHO Hybrid Select Cushion is foam plus air with ISOFLO.
Foam such as the JAY Basic Cushion is for very low skin risk on sling upholstery. Gel is a third medium. Ask the seating therapist which construction fits.
Funding help for a wheelchair cushion or back support in Ontario
This cushion or back support is an ADP positioning device category item. Ontario's Assistive Devices Program (ADP) can fund 75% of the cost of positioning devices such as cushions and back supports when they are prescribed through an assessment by an ADP-registered occupational therapist or physiotherapist with an eligible mobility device, and some income-support programs cover the full cost. Not every product qualifies, so talk to us before you buy. March of Dimes Canada, Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), and community programs can also help. Westin's own team delivers and sets up this cushion across Brampton and the Greater Toronto Area. We bring it in, check the 8047 size on the chair, and show you the pump, the straps, and the cover before we leave.
