This is the 2 inch member of Drive's locking raised toilet seat ladder, the one that includes a lid. The 2 inch seat without a lid is the Drive 12062. Both use the same worm-screw lock and the same 14 inch by 16 inch (36 cm by 41 cm) seat.

Height and bowl fit

Drive prints 2 inches of added height for 12063. The same family also makes 4 inch and 6 inch seats. Drive's sheet for this family says it fits standard toilets. It does not print an elongated SKU in this ladder.

Measure the bowl, not the old seat lid. A standard bowl is shorter front to back than an elongated bowl. If the bowl is elongated, stay off this family and look at the Drive 12013 elongated seat or the Drive 12402 riser. Come into a Brampton or Toronto store if you want the bowl checked on the floor.

Design, lock, and install

The seat is heavy-duty moulded plastic. Drive prints that it is made using recycled materials. A lid sits on 12063 so the opening can close between uses.

Drive's lock is a larger worm screw and locking plate. Drive says no tools are required for installation and that the lock is for a secure fit. We show you that screw at delivery. Drive does not print stud or wall-anchor steps for this seat, because it clamps to the bowl, not to the wall.
