The kit is exact on this SKU: 7.5 qt (7.1 L) bucket, carry handle, cover, and splash shield. That is not an 8 qt pail. Drive's knowledge-base splash-guard note says the chair can sit as a stand-alone commode or over an existing toilet. Over the toilet, take the bucket out and use the splash shield in its place.
