Prism TrueFitt Backrest

The Prism Truefitt by Future Mobility Healthcare is designed for users with specific health conditions such as Kyphosis, Lordosis, Scoliosis or protruding gibbous deformities. The backrest can be customized to meet the needs of the user and provide the best support.

The Prism Truefitt features ½” of comfort foam layers on a ½” of support foam covering an “ice cube” pattern of standard 2″ x 2″ foam blocks. The back angle can be adjusted forward by 15 degrees and backward by 20 degrees, optimizing the user’s positioning. The foam cubes can be mixed and matched by using 2″ polyurethane foam and ordering optional 3″ polyurethane or 2″ viscos foam cubes.

The hardware fits 3/4″, 7/8″, and 1″ tubing and can be installed within a few minutes with the right tools. The backrest has a lightweight, sturdy aluminum shell and is fully adjustable for height, depth, and angle of recline. The pins are adjustable to accommodate up to a 2″ difference in seat width (standard, 0.5″, and 1″ longer). The extra foam covering prevents any exposure of the shell.
